Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Muthaiga

Marine was friendly, responsive and helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night but still had no problem with her instructions or getting into the house. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable and the garden was stunningly beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there for families and groups who want to be that side of town.

Cosy Tiny Living Nairobi Experience is a great place. The apartment has all the amenities you would need and is very clean. The host(Jay) is very helpful and kind. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax for a few days...

From the comfortable beds and beautifully curated space to the gardens and a vase of fresh herbs at the cooker, Helen’s cottage is a delight. Both before and during my stay, Helen was easily available. Her thoughtful addition of breakfast items was especially nice as I arrived late at night.

Although my stay was short, I enjoy peace and quite of the premises and the neighbourhood. Its within short distance drive/walk to a number of amenities including malls and restaurants. Geneva was flexible and very responsive. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there again

What a gorgeous, quaint cottage - the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle Nairobi. The grounds are just gorgeous and the staff went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud - so comfortable. Could easily have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

Extremely clean and cozy place, surrounded by nice places to eat out and shopping malls. The place is a haven, with extra spaces for chilling or working. She has put thought on the decor and the garden is well taken care of, making it a memorable place. Jacque is extremely kind and very communicative. I will definitely come back!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment. Joan always responded to my inquires. I have stayed in these buildings before and can confirm the area is a superb location to be based at. If a view from the apartment is a requirement, there is no view. It's blocked by an apartment building beside it. I personally didn't need the view. Everything was as described and as seen in the pictures.

Amazing place with an amazing host. June was very responsive right from the start, was flexible with check-in times, and even stayed up quite late to ensure I had accessed the property after I had a few issues with my flight to Nairobi. Throughout the stay, she was friendly, attentive to detail, and very responsive. The apartment itself was spacious, and was exactly as advertised. It was clean, fully-equipped, and very cosy. The views from here are wonderful and quite relaxing. The pool is cleaned daily, and I had it to myself most times, which is perfect in the heat of December in Nairobi. Could do with some minor improvements in the apartment, but all in all is an amazing place. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again. Merci beaucoup June!!

What a wonderful space, and what a wonderful stay! Guyo is warm, welcoming, highly responsive and so so helpful as a guide to both Karen and to Kenya as a whole. It's a bit far from the city center if you plan to be there every day, but it is great as a base if you want to explore Kenya or the surrounding areas of Nairobi more broadly, and the cleaning/water/laundry/security amenities are reliable and good. The building itself is surrounded by birds, ivy-covered, and in one of the only walkable areas of Nairobi that I know of; many of the other guests I encountered chose to extend their stays upon arrival. I feel lucky to have found this spot. A comfortable, sunny resting place in a peaceful area of an otherwise somewhat chaotic city. Thank you for a great few months!

My family and I stayed at Paps cabin for 2 nights only because it was fully booked and I couldn't extend my stay. The cabin is private, the surrounding garden is really well maintained and the staff were incredibly helpful. Bunduz is perfect for families that want to spend some quality time and watch beautiful sunsets. The restaurant is an added bonus for those who'd like a break from making their own meals, the food at the restaurant was excellent! The only improvement I'd suggest is the restocking of some of the kitchen utensils and crockery like plates. My family and I will definitely be staying here again

Ol Losowan proved to be a very peaceful place to spend our final few days in Kenya before flying back to the U. K. Within walking distance of the Giraffe Centre, we took in that experience and then cooled off in the beautiful saline pool and read beneath the trees and umbrellas. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for restful nights, and we made the most of the kitchen and bbq facilities to prepare most of our meals on site to the sound of the tree hyraxes and bush babies. Thank you for hosting us Julie and your team. Our only disappointment was that we never got to meet you in person!

we stayed at the wood cabin which we could immediately tell was a labour of love with great finishes and fantastic wood work. The interiors are tastefully done too. The staff and chef were brilliant. Brian, one of the helpers looked after the children very well and safely by taking them across the lake and showing them around the coffee plantation. bedding and bathrooms were clean and comfortable which is not always the case in many airbnbs, rooms were spacious. There is a bbq grill and a well equipped kitchen. Firefly is a great escape in the middle of nature and so near Nairobi. Brilliant place.

Julius the caretaker was very helpful throughout our stay. A humble calm man and very responsive. Doris too was charming on phone and went out of her way to accommodate our requests. The place is very exquisite, relaxing and serene... I would recommend it over and over.

We had an amazing stay for one night. The house is great and well equipped, the location is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, and Ivan, the guard is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

10/10 definitely a must return
