This house was absolutely stunning! Many in my family were taking pictures so as to implement in their homes. My family was able to have wonderful Easter dinner and egg hunt. The back deck and yard kept the kids busy for hours! This was my favorite Airbnb rental this far!

We had such a great time at The Memory Maker for our Thanksgiving/hunting trip. We immediately felt right at home & really loved the card and treat for our pup. I thought that was really thoughtful. The hot tub was sooooooo nice and relaxing! The perfect place for an outdoor getaway. The hosts were VERY helpful and accommodating! They responded almost immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here! We look forward to coming back.

This Airbnb was perfect for my weekend visit to my son’s college. It was close to campus, clean, and quiet. The host was friendly and the space provided had all the comforts of home. A peaceful and convenient spot for anyone visiting the area. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The house is in a convenient location that also happens to be beautiful, on the Muskingum River, with hills rising to the east and west. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds and couches comfortable, the house immaculate, and the hosts responsive to our requests. No complaints whatsoever.

Bluebird Bungalow w Hot Tub

Stayed a full month and Chris was an amazing host! The house provided me with everything needed for a Home Away from Home. Chris and her husband were open to suggestions and added a screen to the back door which was wonderful for opening the door and having the fresh air come into the house. Any questions or minor issues were promptly answered. Hot tub was a wonderful add and used often by my local college kid. The birds were wonderful to watch and I made friends with the locals Cardinals! Due to weather, did not have an opportunity to use the firepit but it is a nice set up and wished I could had an opportunity. Overall, would come back!! Very peaceful and rural but still only a 15 minute drive to restaurants and stores.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Unique Kabin. We think it's the coolest. This year it rained the whole time we were there, to hear the rain on the tin roof and the creek flowing, it made for a very relaxing weekend. We will be staying again. Its our favorite!

Loved this place! We enjoyed hanging out right on the river, the neighborhood was quiet and it was on a private drive so no traffic to worry about. The house was very clean with lots of space. Loved the game room. Would definitely recommend staying here. The hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating.

This is a great getaway spot! It is very quiet and peaceful. Autumn was very nice, and the check in process was easy. The place itself is very comfortable and has everything you need. And of course the property is amazing, with lots to explore. I would definitely like to stay again, and will recommend it to others!

What a pleasant stay we had on the farm! Such a cute place where we were able to relax for the weekend. It was nice to sit outside and look at the cows. The hot tub was very relaxing. And the friendly dog was such a delight to have around! Excellent host and property, felt very welcome. Thank you for having us!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and very peaceful. I loved relaxing in the sunroom and watching wildlife from the patio in the evenings. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the beds were super comfortable. The location was perfect—quiet but just a short drive to Newark and Zanesville. Parking was easy with the large driveway. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely book again!

Nice, quiet, clean place for a nice weekend getaway! It rained most of the time we were there so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities. Host sent detailed instructions beforehand so didn’t have to contact them for anything. The host did need to stop by and check on something outside but communicated this before just showing up. Overall, great stay!

Everything was exactly as advertised. It’s a very basic cabin, it may not have everything you want but it has everything you NEED. Part of the price is really for the beautiful land and scenery all around. If you’re expecting a spa in the wilderness, this isn’t for you - but if you want a nice little home base for being outdoors or hunting, this is a GREAT spot. Thanks to our host for being so responsive and communicative throughout our entire stay!

We had an excellent stay! The hot tub was nice and the view exceptional, considering how close you were to town, yet you still felt like you were in the country. The home was a little old fashioned with a bit of an older smell. Very spacious, open concept, accommodations are great! Thank you for an excellent weekend stay.

The Garfield House

Not many choices in this area, so this property is as good as it gets. This is an older home that has been completely (and apparently recently) remodeled. With 3 separate bedrooms plus a sofa bed and futon, you can comfortably sleep 6 and squeeze in 8 if you need too. It has a full kitchen (minus a dishwasher) and two bathrooms with shower (downstairs shower stall is small). It was chilly when we were there in April so we did not use the porch or grounds, but they are available and more than adequate. One very unique feather is a garage, first time we have stayed in a STR that gave access to a garage. One of my wife's best childhood friends grew up in the house across the street, so she was familiar with the neighborhood and felt safe here. It is not likely that we will be in this area again, but if we are, we will try to rent this property again.
