Our check in was extremely easy with clear instructions. House was exactly as described and plenty of room. Lots of board games and the perfect table for game night. There is a very cute playhouse out in the yard for young kids. With fake food and a small kitchen set up too. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and the dog bed that was provided. The yard is secure but if you have a smaller or curious pup I did see a few areas they can sneak out the yard. The detached garage had plenty of space for parking. Easy access to the house. The neighborhood was quiet and the train museum is an easy walk. $5 adult tix and $3 for kids. Everything was great. Angelica was responsive and gave suggestions to local places. Thank you for sharing your home with us. A suggestion I made. A motion light for the garage.

We had a nice stay with another couple and two dogs. Jacque left us cute notes and treats/beds for the dogs. Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. Would consider staying again if it was a little less expensive and closer to the snow!

We enjoyed our stay in Amador City so much! Monique’s lovely home was centrally located so we could visit Sutter Creek easily and go wine tasting in Plymouth. We loved the jacuzzi and deck—the view was beautiful. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen provided everything we could have needed. We also loved the stove which did a great job heating the house

Great place for home base during the winter. Likely home with lots of amenities. Comfortable bed and loved the sound of the creek.

We took a family weekend getaway and this cabin was so perfect. We made great memories here. Definitely would love to return.

We had an amazing time at Krystall & Jason’s home. We spent New Year there and drove to Yosemite National Park for some sightseeing. If you come late or wake up early, you will see a group of deer peacefully grazing.

This such a great home located walking distance from the beautiful and charming downtown of Sutter Creek. The house was clean, matched the description and it had everything our family needed. Stephanie and Kevin were such a great hosts and they communicated with us every step of the way. They also went so above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Words cannot describe how beautiful this property is, and how amazing of a host Brad is! The day of my check in, Brad called me to introduce himself and give me information about the property and the surrounding areas. He is very responsive over text and never missed a phone call for various questions I had throughout my 3 night stay. We work all across the state doing wildfire mitigation inspections, and Brad allowed us to extend our stay last minute and leave our extra vehicles and belongings on the property after checkout so we could work our full day without cramming our work trucks with personal belongings on top of our work equipment. I’ve done Airbnbs 6 days a week every week for years, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve never had such a caring and gracious host like Brad. His house is gorgeous with incredible views, and he made the place feel like home for us. Thank you Brad for everything, I will for sure be back soon!

We LOVED the place!! It was very peaceful and had everything we wanted and needed during our stay. Too bad it was a little chilly because we would have loved to spend a little more time on that beautiful deck! Next time! Buffy and Chip were great to deal with and proactively reached out with all necessary info. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for a nice mountain getaway!

Cozy little guest house with great views of the wilderness! Great place for a mountain getaway. It is definitely best suited for two people such as couples. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute and comfortable vacation!

Had a lovely New Years holiday vacation with our two dogs! The cabin was perfect for the four days/three nights we spent at the property. We loved using the hot tub at night and found the property cozy, peaceful, and a beautiful setting overall. The property is a quick drive to town which has fantastic restaurants and a whimsical vibe. We’ll definitely be back!

This home was everything we hoped for and more! It was the perfect setting for our family reunion, with plenty of space to relax, entertain, and enjoy breathtaking views. The kids loved the game room, complete with old-school arcade games, a pool table, foosball, and a dartboard, while the adults appreciated the thoughtful touches like a s’mores kit and wine from our responsive host. Every detail was carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return to this amazing home!

We enjoyed its prime location to upper mountains where we found snow and sitting outside, looking at the stars. Beds were comfy every room had a heater and a TV all the TVs had Netflix and prime and streaming services so it was fun. She had stuff for hot cocoa popcorn. It was good.

David was a wonderful host! He communicated everything very well and even helped us figure out the volume in the theater one night. The house had everything we needed, even some spices to cook with! It was a very cozy home and we felt very comfortable there.

Our second stay and not our last. A great jumping off point for Yosemite and a hottub for recovering from huge hikes. But it's also a peaceful place to hang and be in nature w a fully equipped kitchen, tv, and hangout space. We have followed Andrea and JCs recommendations for nearby food, shopping and yosemite to do's and have the best time. They are thoughtful hosts and their spot is a gem.

We just returned from a wonderful family getaway at the Dome House in Twain Harte, and it exceeded all our expectations! We were a group of 7 — my husband, two kids, my mom, and a friend with her son — looking for one last snow-filled adventure before school started, and this cozy spot didn’t disappoint. The Dome House is absolutely charming and incredibly family-friendly. The unique open-concept design, with the fireplace right in the center, made it feel both spacious and cozy — perfect for gathering, playing games, and making memories. The bunk bed setup was a huge hit with the kids! There was plenty of space for them to spread out, and having a house stocked with toys, games, and thoughtful family essentials made us feel right at home. The hosts have truly thought of everything to make a stay comfortable and convenient for families. Thank you to our wonderful hosts for creating such a welcoming and special space!

This was my second stay at Jessica’s place and it was great once again! Perfect for a weekend away. Lots of space, close to town and a short drive to Dodge Ridge.

We had the perfect stay for a weekend getaway here. The place was spotless, the views were incredible, and it was a super short drive to town. I will definitely keep this place in mind for the future and highly recommend staying here!

Cozy cabin in Arnold right off HWY 4. 20 minutes up the hill we found snow. Tons of pull offs on the road with families playing or you can use the snowpack pass hanging on the fridge. I had purchased one prior to our journey but it’s a nice touch.

Danielle was great at communicating and got back to me right away whenever we chatted. Her place is well designed and very cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the shower had great water pressure. The place is well described and the pictures are accurate

We had a nice stay. The cabin is well appointed with great amenities and clearly carefully thought out. The home is very clean too. We loved how incredibly dog friendly this place is!! It’s 30 minutes to Bear Valley Ski Resort and a few minutes to the Lube Room.

Enjoyed our stay. Great home for families. Big common area and dining room that was good for 6 adults and 3 kids. The big room with bunk beds was especially nice for the kids. A bit of a trek to the snow this year, but still had a great time once we got there!
