Vacation rentals with a home theater in Muntinlupa City

Place is nice and cozy. 24/7 convenience store and restaurants nearby. Walking distance or a tricycle ride to mall of asia. Host is friendly and responsive. Instructions are readily available inside the flat which is very helpful and informative. Only problem is the phone signal which is not the host’s fault of course. Signal is really weak in the building area. This kinda ruins the perfect experience if you have to work from home. Alternative solution is to work from a nearby coffee shop or a co-working space. Again this is not the host’s fault 😊 so I will still recommend this 100%

It was clean and a cozy place to stay in, its a pool front unit as well. Host was very accommodating and responsive despite the short notice booking. Will surely recommend this place :)

It was great staying at Irene's place. We like to walk around and my husband enjoys the morning walk around MOA. The place is also near at the bargain centre of Baclaran.

We had an amazing stay at this transient house! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the owner was so humble and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed – even in the lobby, they assisted us with our luggage, which was a thoughtful gesture. The unit itself exceeded our expectations – it was spotless, cozy, and provided the perfect level of comfort. We truly felt at home here. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely come back for another stay!

First off, the place is very nice. My family, our dogs, and I had a comfortable stay. Ms. Krizza is a very accommodating host and made sure all my requests were granted. Host is very accommodating and inhouse staff is helpful. The pool is well maintained they cleaned it after each use. The house is flawless, spacious and aesthetic. Can sleep about 12-14 people comfortably. there’s a lot of entertainment too and very close to uptown bgc and Venice mall and airport. the only thing that we don’t like is that location is a little hard to find of you order delivery and mosquitoes which i think is common in Philippines specially if around water/pool. I would bring mosquitoes sprays and request for katol which I forgot. otherwise, the place is perfect for family and small gatherings! I highly recommend

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

Our stay was a nice getaway from the hustle and Bustle. Home was cozy and private and made our stay relaxing. Would stay again!

Thanks for the wonderful stay. We are all happy with the place and naenjoy namin ung automatic mahjong and theatre room. Sobrang lamig lng tlga ng weather kaya nahrapan kami mg swim kahit slight heated ung pool. Sayang di lng na enjoy ung jacuzzi kasi ayaw uminit masyado. Sobrang okay ung maraming CR as in. Walang antayan and complete naman ang amenities. Next time sana palagyan ng Netflix para mas enjoy. Buti me dala ako flashdisk na movies. So far ok naman ung caretaker na lagi ng llinis dun to clean up the place in the morning so malinis pagka gising namin. Thanks again for the accomodation.

Had a great time staying in this unit. It has lived up to its name - The Cozy Home; really cozy and homey indeed. It has all the amenities we asked for. The place was also peaceful and quiet, conducive for relaxing and family time.

Cozy and relaxing, sobrang peaceful and elegant ng interior. Hotel quality yung mga beds, linens etc. Good for large group kasi ang laki ng space. My family really enjoyed staying after our busy wedding ganap. Thanks so much Sir Miguel !

Overall Rating - 100/10 Unit was cozy and clean. Toiletries were provided. Unit was almost like a normal house coz all necessities were complete and present. Host - Ms. Kaye and her caretaker were both accommodating, friendly and ready to assist. Easy to communicate with, very responsive. Didnt have any issues during the stay. Glad we booked this! ✨

Editha's place was perfect for our needs. Mall is just across the street for easy shopping. the place was cozy and the pool view was so relaxing. I booked another stay for my return flight to the US. and that only shows how i liked the place.

I will always choose this unit over and over again every time I visit the Philippines. Bem is the most wonderful host, most accommodating and most thoughtful. When I got sick, he provided first aid medicine and when he knew about my birthday. He got me a cake. He went out of his way to do all these things! For us, Bem and his unit feels like an extension to “home” Thank you once again for hosting us! ❤️ see you again next year!

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the coast residences, it's easy to check in and has great security. The location is ideal since it's near PICC and is surrounded by malls. The room was clean and tidy + has lots of amenities. Ms. Aira is patient throughout the transaction and is always responsive with our queries♡.

Mayce was unbelievably accomodating. Went out of her way to make the condo available a day early for our family after our first Airbnb fell through. Very clean, additional product available to clean as we went. Our kids loved the Netflix and Disney plus that is also provided. We thank you so much for changing the outcome of our trip that started very poorly.
