The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The reception desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. The host was very communicative, checking in on us during our stay and responding promptly to any questions or requests we had. Overall, a good experience!

I have stayed in AirBnBs the world over, and this has been my favourite experience. The space was great, but the host was what made this stay memorable. I asked for an early check-in - no problem. I asked for a late check-out - no problem. I then lost the keys and keycard when I was trying to check out (I found them at the last second) - no problem, "it happens". Honestly, the host was so responsive and above my expectations. As a former landlord, it's a thankless task. I really appreciated the rapid responses. In terms of the actual apartment - it is tidy, spotless, large TV, and has nice and modern furniture. The bathroom is clean, shower could be stronger, but that's just the building. V fast and reliable internet. V comfy bed. The security were excellent too. Location - 10/10 - Forbes Town is around the corner with a supermarket, restaurants, bars etc. 10-min walk to One Bonifacio High Street - 7/11s, restaurants and coffee shops inbetween. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Joanna's place for three weeks, and she was a fantastic host—attentive, responsive, and genuinely caring. Throughout my stay, she frequently checked in to make sure I had everything I needed, which made me feel truly looked after. She went out of her way to ensure everything was in order and that I was comfortable. Her hospitality and responsiveness really stood out, and I would happily recommend staying here to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed experience.

We had a great stay. I loved the condo's location, very walkable and safe—close to restaurants, shops, and everything we needed, definitely the best part of Makati. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Mr D. was super responsive, and everything went smoothly!

Ma Elena’s is a one of a kind place, we stayed for about 2 months and we feel comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Will definitely choose their place again when we come back around dasmarinas area. Ma Elena’s care taker is very responsive to our concerns. Over all our 2 months stay went smooth and great.

Room was clean and complete and as described, but it’s quite smaller than it looks. Location is nice but building is hard to find even with Waze on. But Belle was very nice as a host and been very accommodating of requests and answers questions quickly. Will recommend! Thanks, Belle!

We had a fantastic stay at Idesia City! It’s a peaceful, secure, and spacious place to unwind. The location is easy to find, very clean, and has friendly guards who add to the welcoming vibe. Pool access (7am-5pm, for a 3-hour slot) was a great bonus. The main house is fully equipped with essentials like a stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, utensils, salt, cooking oil, and water. The two bedrooms were comfortable; one has air-conditioning, while an exhaust fan helps cool the other. Linens and towels were provided, and memos on the wall guided us, even with Wi-Fi codes. A couple of minor suggestions: there’s no house number on the gate, so asking the host for more specific directions could help. Also, the keys are mixed with others—labeling the main door key would save some guesswork. Still, we’re giving it 5 stars! The host was responsive, and this affordable stay exceeded expectations.
