Romantic cottage/scenic area/high speed internet

NiallRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I stayed at Stephanie’s place primarily as a place to take some space out and to work as I work online. The cottage is ideal for this. Good WiFi, warm and homely and easy to heat in the winter. I enjoyed my time so much that I will be returning early next year for another stint of work and retreat. The house is not only beautiful but Stephanie is also an extremely kind and caring host. Highly recommend for a short break and also longer term stay.

Great stay at Helen’s in both Stables and Purcells. Friendly host and really nice touches at the property - the beautiful scones and jam were a welcome addition. My family really enjoyed our time here and we would stay again. Ps. Playful doggies were a bonus for my golden retriever Millie. Thank you, Helen and family.

The Stables Kiltanon House Tulla Clare V95 A3W6

GabbyRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We’d give 10 stars if we could… Staying at Paul and Joan’s barn was absolutely amazing. When we first pulled up we were in awe of how beautiful the plot was, a little hidden gem in Tulla. The barn itself was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and so cosy with an ultra comfortable bed. The fridge was stocked with butter, milk, eggs and jam. Paul also made sure the fire was roaring the whole trip for us ❤️ And the cherry on top were Paul and Joan themselves, they are such lovely, warm, welcoming people - with bloody brilliant craic. They really looked after us and made us feel at home, they also had great recommendations too so definitely quiz them on where to go. (Monk’s seafood pub is a must) We had an absolutely savage trip, fast and furious, just how we like it. Please adopt us Paul and Joan 🙏🏼

Stylish Georgian Stable Yard Studio Apartment

RossRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Really enjoyed my stay at James place! It was so peaceful and relaxing! A lot of work has gone into setting the Georgian theme of the place and he has got it spot on! Also has your modern necessities to insure your stay is comfortable! I enjoyed the walk through the grounds, really made me feel at home being from the countryside myself! I found it so handy that they have a restaurant on site and the food was amazing! All of the staff at James place were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again! Thanks James for the lovely time!

Beautiful cottage and studio in a stunning location. The cottage and studio had everything you needed, the beds were very comfortable and there was a good selection of books, games and dvds if you wanted to stay in and relax. The host, Julie, contacted me just after we arrived to check we had got there safely and everything was ok at the house. We had a fantastic week there and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely relaxing holiday.

The Barn.

JackRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We spent a great week as a family of five at The Barn. The space is comfortable, warm and clean, and the setting is lovely. It’s a great place to explore Clare, Limerick, Lough Derg and Galway, and beyond, with plenty of day trips within driving distance. The renovation of the barn as a holiday home is really well executed and you get a real sense of the project, with photographs etc detailing its progress. Zita was an attentive and communicative host.

The Long Shed, secluded, unique with private beach

ElenaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a wonderful week at The Long Shed. Sara and Gidi are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. It is in a secluded and beautiful area with stunning views and a great feel to it. My two cousins and I had a great time talking and laughing while sitting around the kitchen table having breakfast, or wine, or while relaxing at the table outside. So much history; not just in the area, but in the building where we stayed. Thank you Sara and Gidi for opening up your home to us and making us feel so welcome. And the scones were amazing! We hope to see you again! Elena

6 Guests Close Cliffs Moher, Burren,Ennis, Lahinch

PeggyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We met Des at the door as we were arriving. He introduced us to his furry companion, Luna. The house was setup for six people but fortunately for us, my daughter, Lea, and I were the only occupants. It was convenient to have the place to ourselves. One of the first things we did was take a walk around the area. It was a beautiful crisp day and felt good to be out and about. Back at the house, we each picked a bedroom and settled in for the evening. We were able to fix meals in the well stocked kitchen and sit at the dining room table to eat. We saw Des twice that I remember while we were there. My daughter talked to him on the phone before we left. He made himself available, which I found comforting. We had a great visit there and I would recommend it as a place to stay.

Castle Freke Estate, The Stable Cottage

KarenRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We loved everything about our stay. The cottage was very ample, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had so much space! We loved the dogs, goats, sheep, horses, donkeys, cows, and cat The walk to the ocean was marvelous and we loved walking along the beach. The grounds are amazing: castles and a beautiful family church from years ago. But the best were the people! Kristina and her family were so welcoming and helpful to us; we really appreciated them!

The Stables, Barn Conversion

JacquelineRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We had an amazing few days in Hester and Peter's house. The cookies, bread and other special touches on arrival were gratefully appreciated. Unfortunately we didn't have the weather to do as much exploring as we wanted but the house made the perfect base for lazy days by the fire while watching the rain outside. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back another time.
