it's a good place. 5km from valikavu bridge to Amritapuri. one room has AC. washing machine works except spinner for squeezing water which is manageable. induction cooking available. host is friendly. wifi, Ac worked ok. battery inverter which is new worked. house is painted recently . covered parking available. access road is paved it's OK as per Indian standards. convenient location if you want to visit Amma.

It was a wonderful stay at Jyothi gardens by Josh. He hosted it very well, being responsive always to the needs and queries. Airbnb was wonderful with all the amenities provided. would definitely recommend anyone to go for it.

The property is very huge and good for a nice stay with your Family. Although the place is a bit inside but it's not a problem if you have your own personal vehicle. The caretaker was super nice with explaining everything about the place and the house. The rooms are really spacious and well maintained. Overall it was a great find and would love you visit again.

I had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making changes without any hesitation. The flexible check-in and check-out times made my trip even more convenient. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!. Price was not reasonable, also it would be great if you could install a water purifier. Words fall short of describing how amazing my time was at the Pearlspot Homestay. Jojo and his family were incredibly hospitable and communicative, making me feel right at home. Jojo was more than willing to coordinate everything that I needed, from transportation to meals. The homestay is conveniently located just a quick motor ride away from the train station, making it perfect for day trips to nearby Varkala Beach, while also having much to do nearby like kayaking along Munroe Island’s canals. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and safe, surrounded by lush greenery. Perfect for either solo travelers or those traveling with groups. The stay itself is incredibly beautiful, you’ll wish you lived in it yourself. In fact, I decided to stay an extra night just because I loved it so much. The hot water and washer were great touches. It is clear much thought has gone into the Pearlspot Homestay. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning villa! The rooftop bar area was a standout – what a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the views. The interior exuded class and elegance, making our time indoors just as delightful. The welcoming service truly made us feel at home. Can't wait to return to this beautiful oasis!

Had a wonderful stay at Coconut Cove Resort with my friends.The rooms were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. Staffs Sonia , Greeshma, Reji and Shibu were extremely courteous and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway or get togethers.

William's place is a great find! My friends and I loved everything about this place! The location and amenities were top, and the staff made our visit to Varkala all the more wonderful!

This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

William has been very responsive with respect to clarifications regarding the property. He coordinated with the facility manager Suresh for early check in. We reached around 11:30 am in the morning. They not only made the rooms available before check in time but also offered complimentary Aalu Paratha with fruit juice considering breakfast time was almost over outside. This is separate from the complimentary breakfast which is offered from next day. Suresh was very friendly and staffs were very supportive. Their Chef cooks multi variety cuisines really well. We tried Prawn fry, Kerala fish fry, North Indian Chicken curry, Chilli Chicken and Fried chicken. Quantity and taste was really good. Cost was reasonable. Rooms are very clean with best in class bathrooms. It is 99 percent similar to listed photos with very minor maintenance required in terms of wall touch up. The key gets struck sometimes in the door but it may be only with the room where we stayed. Overall 5/5 - Recommend

this house is a wonderful place to spend a weekend. although its a bit far from varkala or trivandrum city, its worth the money. house is well maintained and caretakers were awsome. you wont find any difficulties out here. privacy is there.

This is a beautiful house and you will have all the amenities you will need to cook meals. The location is a bit farther inside so you will have to ensure that you take care of your transportation needs in advance. Highly recommend Sajeev's place for a peaceful and beautiful stay especially for families.

Had a great stay at Maadathil Cottages. This property is tucked away in a beautiful part of Varkala away from the hustle and bustle but still with easy access to everything. The cottage was spacious and clean with hot water and a great AC. The view of the sea is simply amazing and it’s just steps away from a sort of private enclosed part of the beach. The food was good and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The host is very friendly and responsive too. Would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this place. Thank you Mujahir!
