Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway! The place is peaceful and quiet, offering the ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

There were so many rickshaws at the entrance that it was quite difficult to park our car at night. Please do something about it, as it was very hard to take the car out at night due to the rickshaws parked outside the gate.

The place matched the description well and looked like photos. there were some small issues that we relayed to the host. the only con was there was no 1 point of contact. although both Arun and Akhil were very responsive. location is just next to growel's mall and is relatively easy to find. tastefully decorated. just ask before booking whether you want the caretaker to sleep inside the apartment or not earlier when booking. all good!

Very well laid out home, with a beautifully maintained garden. Perfect in the monsoon, as the full-length glass sliding doors offered a lovely view while shut and pleasant breeze when open. We didn't need to use the split ACs at all. Liked the way the kitchen is placed outdoors under a striped awning. The swing in the garden was a nice touch. We didn't use the upstairs covered terrace, but it looks like a nice area for larger groups to relax in. The well kept lawn near the well on the property was a pleasure to walk barefoot on... just what you need on a getaway from the city. Caretaker Bikas was very helpful, bringing us tea/coffee and meals cooked by his mother Sushila promptly. He even organised an excellent birthday cake at short notice & arranged for transport for our return journey. The rooms were well maintained, the bed linen was of good quality. The carom board was a bit funky because of the moisture, but we spent many happy hours playing. All in all, super experience!

The place is really beautiful and very accessible from Mumbai City/airport. The rooms, lawn, swings and the decor all add up to a rustic luxurious comfortable vacation. We were a group of 6 and had a very fun and memorable time. Note: The place doesn't allow for outside food, they did for us as we requested, if you want the same ensure to communicate with them. Also, unlike other airbnbs, kitchen is off limits for cooking for guests.

This is a great place to stay! The travel is a little long since it’s situated a little in the interiors but its completely worth it. The rooms are very well kept and complete hygiene has been maintained across the property. They have a beautiful lawn and a backdrop of the trees, it’s located next to a river as well. Perfect place for a getaway from the city. The host and staff are very helpful and try and accommodate all our needs. Highly recommendable and will definitely visit again.

Excellent place to chill with your family and friends. We had a wonderful time at this villa , the caretaker Santosh is very helpful and takes good care of the guests. Very clean and ambient setting of all the rooms !! The swimming pool is maintained very well . Overall a great experience. Thanks

The villa has been perfect for our family of ten, with wonderful times together around the pool. The villa is amazing, with great amenities. A nice private row house property. Spacious and well furnished rooms. Adequate common areas. Just 5 minutes walk from main street.
