This has to be handsdown my best experience on Airbnb. Pranay is an amazing host who turned out now to be a friend for life. This was my first time in Mumbai and he helped me right from making a list of places for me to checkout to take time out in the evening and showing me around. He went the extra mile in every single thing and made sure that I was having the best time. I enjoyed this stay a lot and I will be recommending to every person I know traveling to Mumbai to book this. This is just not a stay, it is an experience. I am glad I booked this place after have second thoughts initially about the cut-off time in the night, but super happy and glad that I took my chances. Also, pranay is a very genuine person who made me a part of his life and treated me like a family member than a guest.

Atul and Dipali have been the best hosts! They made us feel like home and treated us like their own. We didn’t feel we were away from our families, in a completely different city. The morning table conversations were the highlight of our mornings. From the view, amenities, cleanliness to their care, warmth and super delicious breakfast (already missing the Misal Pav), everything was amazing. Looking forward to another stay! :)

What can I say, Atul and Dipali’s place is as described on the AirBNB listings. It is clean and airy. The location is absolutely the best…right beside the bay and at night you can hear the waves crushing against the rocks..to lull you to sleep. As hosts Atul and Dipali are very communicative and it was easy to find their place as precise instructions were given. The Shivaji park is within walking distance as is the main road with shops, coffee bars and restaurants. However, what is perhaps the most outstanding experience is the warmth and friendliness of the hosts. I felt at home during my 7 night stay and I loved the long chats we had over chai in the morning. Dipali even reminded me to use my prescription eye drops when I had forgotten to do so. In short both Atul and Dipali went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at home…something that I will never forget . Thank you both. If I return to Mumbai I will definitely stay here again. I loved our breakfasts chats over cha

I was so glad to find Nani ka Ghar because it doesn’t get better than this. The price point, the location, comfort, cleanliness and the overall vibe of the place. It’s a flat with a beautiful hall and extended dining room which is maintained very well. I liked my room the best. It also came with a balcony (a luxury in Bombay) The room is extremely cosy and quaint. Comes with a personal AC and the most comfortable bed. It also has a staircase within which leads to a loft area which is another room. The bathroom is shared with the guest residing in this room. I think the thing that stood out for me the most is the safety. Staying in a house full of women, it almost builds a community and you feel safe entering the building at all hours. I would highly recommend the room I stayed in as it’s a real steal especially for the experience I enjoyed.

This apartment is in the sweetest spot on Juhu, Tara Rd. It was my sisters first visit to Mumbai City and I couldn’t think of a more happily situated apartment to stay in. The host was attentive and delivered the keys to me.. Always available even though he was out of the country.. Fab central location with a modern/ stylish apartment but with all the comforts of home! A home away from home with all the quirks of living in Mumbai.. Great for anyone who is visiting for the first time!

Loved the place. Its just probably a minutes walk to the beach. Beach unfortunately is very dirty and full of people ( but then thats true for entire Mumbai). The cottage is basic but quite charming. Zainaab is a gracious host and met me at both check-in and check out. She lives right next door. They respect privacy of guests. The rooms are comfortable with clean bed clothes and extra pillows and blankets. Mosquitoes are a menace though. The sit out varendah with swings is great. The kitchen is well equipped with gas, basic cooking utensils, and a few ingredients like sugar, salt, chilli powder, cooking oil, milk powder, rea and coffee. The place is super quite and feels like goa a bit. All in all it was a great stay. Thanks Zainab for your warm hospitality.

Anita’s place is part of her home, where she lives with her warm hearted mother, so she’s always available. I’m very familiar with the area & have stayed in the expensive hotels like Novotel, Sun n Sands etc, but I wanted more human contact & also to be able to have time to myself, here I got both, plus there was a friendship born. Yes I’ll surely come again. I’d recommend Amita’s place to anyone, but please don’t expect 5 star spec’s & please make use of the terrace. I used it for morning Yoga & meditation practice, reading, writing & playing flute. Amita is a good soul & that matters🙏🏾
