Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mullins Beach

Timothy was an excellent host and the home was exactly what we were looking. It was spacious, clean had everything we need for our stay. I would highly recommend.

Leah and Sherry were wonderful and friendly hosts, Fitt's village is a nice little quiet spot with some decent walkable restaurants and a grocery store right around the corner. The beach doesn't have the amenities that some of the other beaches may have with loungers to rent and food on site, but it does have showers/washrooms and is nice for swimming. The place has strong AC and a well setup kitchen, the back patio is nice with an outdoor shower to clean sand off from the beach and in the evenings is a nice cool place to hang out.

Really quiet and peaceful place 5 minute drive to restaurants and supermarket I really loved this place I would definitely visit again The owner / management replied in seconds when I could not find the washing machine which was in a outside room Private pool was a nice bonus and lights up at night Michael

Quick walk down the steps to the Oistins fish fry. The house was spacious and very clean with lots of amenities. It was super close to the beach, as well as food. Overall, we enjoyed everything. Wonderful home just like the pictures, very spacious.. Highly recommend this place, looks exactly like on photos. There was a fer things wrong the people down the street was loud and there dog would not stop barking until 3 am . The TV only has Youtube not what is listed and there was no baking sheet and there is steps to get in and out of the house....

I can’t recommend this place enough regardless of your purpose on the island. We were here for both family and tourism and couldn’t have made a better decision. This is the perfect location, especially if you want to see the entire island; everything is within a reasonable distance. We rented a car and were able to get anywhere within 45mins at the most. Michelle, the property manager, was extremely accommodating and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Anything we needed she was there in a few minutes. The pictures of this house do NOT do it justice.. this is a beautiful property, old Spanish/Portuguese style home in the mountains with a gorgeous view night and day. Perfect place to get away, relax and have more than enough space to sprawl out. Don’t second guess this one just stay here, you won’t regret it.

6th time in Barbados and by far the best place I stayed!

This is the fifth time I have stayed at this property and I can see that some parts are looking a little dated, worn and would benefit from some investment. Having said that, the location is perfect for us and the property is quiet and private, not to mention the pool and jacuzzi. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and The Gap, and even less to the main road. Time spent on the deck is always entertaining, with a variety of wildlife to enjoy. Overall, I can recommend this property

My recent 6-week stay at Atlantic Shores was nothing short of perfection. Milena was an excellent host who was extremely friendly and responsive whenever we had a question. The property was just as pictured and felt like a home away from home. The property is cleaned weekly, which includes a change of sheets and towels, which provided a perfect blend of a hotel stay and home comforts. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking to be close to the action (Oistins is a 5 minute drive away) or far enough to enjoy the tranquility of being a stone's throw from the sea.

It was great staying here. Greg and Debbie were fantastic hosts. Debbie collected me from the airport, took me to a supermarket, and we even picked up some excellent fried fish and salad on the way back! I was visiting the University of the West Indies Cave Hill, which is just a short walk from the cottage. I had some work to do and the wifi in the cottage is very good. I really enjoyed the area. It’s a proper neighbourhood with few foreign tourists, but close to bus stops. Look out for the hummingbirds in the mornings! I couldn’t recommend the cottage highly enough!

This was a wonderful place to stay during our time in Barbados in a quiet neighbourhood. It was a short 5 minute walk to the main road with access to restaurants, groceries, beaches and entertainment within a 10 minute walk from there. Horace was very responsive to our questions and requests. The kitchen had everything we needed for when we wanted to cook. The bedroom had an air conditioning unit that was very refreshing after a long day in the heat. The upstairs patio was a great place to sip cool beverages in the heat of the afternoon or in the evening when the sun was setting. We had a small rental car, which we were able to park on the street very close to the entrance - this was a great convenience. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this as a place to stay when in Barbados.

It was lucky for me to find and stay in Halim's airbnb that the place is probably the best worth of money and better that most place is Barbados! Backyard, full kitchen, living room bedroom and laundry, totally gave me the best experience at Barbados! Due to my unstable schedule, I had to update my time of staying at Halim's airbnb, he's super responsive and understanding to help me extend my stay twice! Again, Much appreciated! Highly recommended place is you travel to Barbados!!

I spent five weeks at Dwight and Clover’s place, it was everything I was hoping for. Dwight is a host that goes above and beyond. He watched Cricket with me, and explained the rules during a Test Match. He also drove me to the clinic after I was stung by a Stonefish. Those are but a couple examples of the kind of host he is. My main objective for the trip was surfing. Across the street from the apartment is the local surf shop, for whatever the surfer might need. One minute walk puts you at the steps of Freights, best beginner break on the island, and excellent longboard spot. 10 minute walk to Enterprise and Miami Beaches, if you’re not into surfing. 13 minute walk to the main bus stop at Oistins. 14 minute walk to any of the food stalls at Oistins. 20 minute walk to Massey’s grocery store, Pharmacy and the Surfer’s Cafe. The apartment is on a nice quiet street but within walking distance of anything you might need. Look for the monkeys early in the morning, they seemed to always be out during my morning run. I loved the porch, I would usually sit out and read while the sun set and have dinner. The apartment is as described, convenient washing machine below the stairs and quiet backyard with a clothesline for drying. I felt very much at home here. Everybody I met in the neighborhood was friendly and all had a great sense of humor. Annie is the lady who cleans the apartment, one of the funniest people I’ve ever met. She’ll come to clean whenever you want, I set up a schedule with her after I’d been there a few days. I would recommend Dwight’s place whole heartedly.

Thank you Wayne and his team/family. Despite booking last minute and having trouble connecting to the internet, he was nothing but patient and responsive. Location was also great, tucked into a private block but, supermarket and gas station was only a few minutes away along with major roads to get to other main towns to explore.

We had a such a wonderful time! Robin was the perfect host – attentive and answered all questions, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment was exactly as described, in a peaceful residential area, and within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment as an excellent base for a Bajan experience. Thank you!

We will definitely be back the host was amazing. Felt safe and felt very comfortable which makes the stay even more better. The host was always available and very helpful, she recommended me to a local saloon which was amazing. Everything you need to cook, wash clothing and feel at home.

Lantana 38 is in a great location. In the middle of Holetown and Speightstown. This meant that everything was really easy to get to. Mullins is a 5 minute drive and Holetown just under 10. The ground floor location makes access to the communal pool very easy. There is a beach club a few minutes down the road and it’s very close to popular restaurants such as Lone Star. Tina the house manager was lovely, responding very quickly to any questions I had and she popped over to meet us in person too. Access to the property is very easy and Vanessa kindly allowed a slightly later check out to coincide with our flight. We have been visiting Barbados for over 20 years and this is one of the nicer properties we have stayed in. Overall we had a great stay at Lantana and we would definitely go back again. We love this place. Perfect location with stunning views, local amenities and ideal to explore the island. The accommodation is like home from home with a very comfortable living and dining area, massive bathrooms with comfy beds and spacious en suite bathrooms, sun-all-day balcony. We love it and can't wait to come back.

Philip's son Scott was awesome. He spent time talking to us and has a wealth of knowledge. The location is perfect and has a lot of bars and restaurants close by.

The view from the property is nothing less than amazing. The property is well secured with an electronic gate and very private. The inside of the property is very comfortable and I was amazed at how the spaced has been utilised

Stunning luxury apartment, the photos don't do it justice ! Really good location in a peaceful condonimium development. Large airy spaces, all the equipment and amenities for a comfortable stay. Pool on roof was lovely and never anyone there so felt private. Mullins beach across the road. Rubis garage is a good local conveniece store is less then 2 mins walk. Speightstown is an 18 minute walk for the big supermarket called Jordans. Manned security at night so felt supersafe. Very enjoyable stay.

This was a beautiful condo for our stay. Preetam was excellent to communicate with, was very responsive and gave us a ton of suggestions on what to do, where to eat and overall a wonderful host. The place was spotless, had all the amenities that we needed. He even had a "starter package" with a ton of goodies, which were really appreciated. We will DEFINITELY be booking here again, when we're back in Barbados. From start to finish, Preetam was THE perfect host. Thank you!

I loved the place, my family is in love with the apartment. Beautiful view, beautiful colors of the ocean. The birds that live there freely are adorable. I’ll go back to that place one day.
