Sam and her dad were very helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed some peace and quiet in the stunning cabin. The hot tub was an added bonus! Great area for hiking in the nearby Comeragh Mountains

The communication was very clear and easy, the place very modern and beautiful. A perfect place to relax for a few days!

we had a great stay there, the views are amazing. it is located in a perfect location and a bar and a shop across the road was ideal for us. The house wad spotless and a full kitchen if you wanted to make meals and washing machine there aswell if needed. We would go back in a heartbeat, thanks again Kathleen

The cottage is packed with everything you might need in the kitchen, bedroom or bathroom Variety of 6 different kinds of ground coffee, and instant one on the top, - unbelievable. what we didn't like - the shower not hot enough, not strong enough, and the view of the backyard from the windows. Anyway, we had a perfect stay. Thank you Rose.

Amazing place to stay! Everything was gorgeous and cosy, it’s right near hook lighthouse. All the little details of the house like the net and the decor made me want to spend time there. Would definitely come back. Also, we did a woodworking course in bevel woodworking school which I also really recommend!

The place is beautiful, even better than the photos give credit for. Lovely cosy space, hot tub was really relaxing and Michelle had it set up for us when we arrived. Gorgeous interior and super clean. Michelle was very responsive and super helpful with instructions and recommendations.

I booked this house for my mum’s 60th, she and the rest of my family were over the moon with how beautiful our stay was. Absolutely love how she has decorated the place, would love to visit again in the summer :)

Thank you Riana for 5 wonderful nights at the beautiful Heron Cottage. We were absolutyely thrilled with everything. It was the most exquisite place to stay for a short break with my 90 year old mother, immaculately clean and incredibly comfortable. We loved the gorgeous decor and it was equipped with everything you could wish for. Everything is so easy to work, with super instructions readily available. The private steps to the beach make for a magical journey over to the harbour where we feasted on fish and chips and the outdoor seating was just perfect to relax with a glass of wine. The location is superb for touring around. We were blown away by the beauty of the place and it's fascinating history. Heron cottage is a very special place and Riana is the most welcoming, most generous host as was her lovely daughter who greeted us on arrival. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy a holiday here. To be honest we didn't want to leave and we hope to return.
