Great location on the Lipno Riviera, all within walking distance, well maintained. The accommodation is well equipped as described, clean and for us as a family for a 5 day stay that was great.

We greatly enjoyed Milena's nicely decorated apartment. The view in fantastic, there is nothing wrong with that. Also, everything is present in the apartment. However, the WiFi is weak so you have no range upstairs. The double bed in the second bedroom is narrow so if you come with four adults, make sure you use the single bed as well. However, the mattresses of the beds are quite soft, which can give back complaints. Location is amazing, you'll really relax there. The apartment is wonderfully spacious. Tip: go to Cesky Krumlov, a lovely old little town!

5-star stay despite small shortcomings: There are an incredible number of cobwebs, especially in the pergola, but also throughout the house. Bad for me with my phobia at first. Over time, I got used to it. The mattresses are laid out and thin. A kitchen cabinet smells strong. To the absolutely positive, worth mentioning: the location, the house, the play facilities, the garden, barbecue, seating on the lake... simply fantastic!!! We would come back! Blato, a beautiful place with lots of possibilities around it. The bottom line: a very great stay!

Despite the constant rain, we had a nice stay at Sonja's place in Gmunden. The apartment is located in one of 3 larger buildings where it is very quiet. You can enter the apartment via both the partly open and bright staircase and with an elevator. Detailed instructions on self check-in come from Sonja. The reserved covered parking space right next to the entrances was also very pleasant. The apartment is very spacious with a large covered balcony. The kitchen has everything you need such as a kettle, coffee capsule machine incl. Capsules, pots/pans including cookware, a small selection of spices and a dishwasher incl. Tabs. In the immediate vicinity there is a pizzeria with few seats, but a delivery service. The old town is easily accessible on foot along the lake in 10-15 minutes. There are highly recommended breakfast options in Gmunden (the Forst and La Sonett), but definitely reserve in advance! Thanks a lot!

In two words, a perfect vacation, not just for a family with a small child and a dog. Great location, still peace and privacy. Beautifully equipped and welcoming apartment where you want to spend time when you have enough traffic and activities that are in the area. We were a week and enjoyed it from start to finish. Thank you!

We stayed one week with two families (4 children) and had a great time. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Home away from home. We had lovely weather all week (29°) so really enjoyed swimming in the lake. It was also not crowded because most of the houses are from private owners. We also used the bbq twice. Although it was warm outside the house stayed cool. We slept with windows open for a cool breeze. Loved the insectsreens at the windows and the door at the living room. There were a lot of wasps and mosquitoes outside.

We had a great stay. Everything is functional and clean. The place matches the photos. Very easy to check in. Good communication with the owner. Thank you so much and I would definitely recommend.

A very successful holiday, from the handling, the reception, the great excursions and the very close ski slope. The house left nothing to be desired and we will be happy to come back.
