Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Very nice place to go with the family, the host helped with a lot of things, finding the house is a perfect place for check-in, cleanliness and comfort, I think my next vacation will be the same again

Uğur Bey's house was perfectly clean and tidy. We had a peaceful holiday experience alone with nature. When you go to the main road exit for 3 minutes by car, there is a Municipal Facility Daily Restaurant. We are very satisfied with the perfect appetizers, meat, fish, seafood for half the price compared to Kusadasi. We went to Dalyan by car in 5 minutes and participated in the lake tour. We will come back in the summer, it will be a legendary holiday again when you use the pool.

The Natural Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with an open airy floor plan and fun vintage furniture. The kitchenette worked well for what we needed, however, we did purchase a few items to make our stay easier (wine glasses, larger skillet, mugs, knifes). Mursel and his family were very kind and gracious. Even though we did not understand each other’s language, everyone joyfully took the time to interpret to the best of their abilities. There were a couple of things we did not understand when we made the reservation - There was a daily fee for AC, which could only be run for a few hours (would turn off in middle of the night). Laundry fee was just for the use of the machine, you did it and hung it to dry yourself (different from other places I have stayed). For long stays (we stayed a month) you can pay for cleaning if you want. It was a lovely experience with kind caring people, who worked hard to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Mehmet is a perfect host. He is kind and polite. His welcome was charming. The house is impeccably clean, internet is fast and the distance to the lake is perfect. Thank you again mehmet and long life to you.

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

A very peaceful environment has been created. You see thoughtful details all over the house and garden. With its architecture, you feel like you're disconnected from the outside world. There has been a house and a garden where you want to go again and again and again. So much so that you can spend time at home with great bays around ☺️ When you meet Ms. Sema, you understand why. He reflected all his beautiful energy and taste in the house and garden ☺️ Thank you so much for everything I hope we have a chance to meet again and again

I can't think of many times we've been on holiday and had any issues with our accommodation and this place gets added to our list of absolute gems! Villa Kalinda does not betray the photos. This place presented exactly as the photos :-) Originally looked at staying at Dalyan (which we subsequently visited, not the same) but chose to stay at Villa Kalinda in Dalaman instead. We wasn't disappointed. Host was professional and non intrusive but on-hand to help with queries etc if needed. Villa fully equipped with all modcons + pool to satisfy all needs with the centre of Dalaman just a 5 minute drive away. Didn't have an issue with anything. Would deffo recommend. The facilities, storage and size with en suite bathrooms etc everywhere. In summary, spotlessly clean, lovely decor, exceeded expectations, regular visits from beautiful cats, very friendly and attentive host who's eager to please. Well comfy. Thnx to Deniz. Would definately revisit.

We stayed in this lovely villa for an unforgettable week. The tranquility of the place and discreet neighbors helped create a soothing atmosphere. The pool, a real gem of the property, made the happiness of our children who made the most of it. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who generously advised us on the best outings to do in the area. Her kindness was even more memorable when we encountered a problem the day before we arrived , and she was quick to help us. In short, we highly recommend this house where the owner stands out for her exceptional helpfulness and kindness. A big thank you also to the gardener for his discreet work.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay at your home. The house had everything we needed as a family to have a relaxing holiday. We felt at home. The garden is very beatiful. Ziya was always responsive and welcoming and Mr Zafar was very helpful.

We have had a very enjoyable 3 days. It had everything you could need in a home, it was clean and well-maintained. The location of the house was very easy to find by car and within walking distance to the Azmak river, and we were able to have a quiet holiday because it was isolated from the surroundings. I recommend it with peace of mind.

From the moment you first walk through the door, a friendly and friendly couple welcomes you, even this warms you without going to the room. Our stay at home was also very healthy, and the armchairs opened in the room and in the living room were very comfortable for a good night's sleep after a strenuous day. Close to sightseeing in Dalyan and staying in mind as a good experience when leaving.

We spent 6 nights at Ali's place. The apartment is recently renovated and has a very nice look and feel. Nice cooking facilities, comfy bed and most of all, they make you feel very welcome. Grandma came and brought us Fresh eggs local eggplant salad and fruit. The place is in a small village looking out over the valley and the kitesurf spot. Ideal for us so we could easily see if it was time to pack up and go for a kite session. Would highly recommend for people who want good value for money, low key and friendly hosts.

The house was very comfortable, there was everything you would need in the kitchen, the garden and pool were very pleasant, it was completely sheltered, it takes about 7 minutes by car to the center of Göcek, Ms. Nalan was very interested, she welcomed us very well, a house we will definitely come back to, our vacation here was very nice:)

A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it
