Waterfront vacation rentals in Mueang Rayong District

If you’re in Pattaya and need a place to relax then look no further! I enjoyed this place so much that I’m looking to book again a the next coming weeks. Very clean, very peaceful and great location. Not far from anything and to add the nice big balcony is a plus that overlooks the pool and beach. Great place would highly recommend 10/10!

Bua was the best host I’ve ever had! She was so responsive prior to my trip answering any questions I had and extremely proactive with anything that arose. I had a small concern when I first arrived and Bua had it resolved in less than 30 minutes, nowhere else have I seen that kind of response time. She was very friendly and the accommodations was absolutely perfect. Her description and photos are all accurate and I’d even say don’t do it justice. I was in the perfect location to experience all of Pattaya and get anywhere in the city very easily. I almost don’t want to leave this review so I can keep this spot a secret for myself lol. 10/10 would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Pattaya for the 1st or 20th time. I will be back! Pairine's place is beautiful and I think anyone who books this place will be happy. You need to get a motorbike or some type of transportation to get around or you will be stuck in this little community. One last thing get ready to sleep on a brick hard mattress. The mattress is brutal and made for many nights of uncomfortable sleep. The pool was deserted and a bungie cord attached to the door kind of an abandoned area I only went up there once. Other than that it's a great place to stay. Great sunsets from the balcony.

Great place to stay with all the amenities you need. Great with pool access. The host fixed a taxi and moped for us so everything was in place when we arrived. Nice check-in. High quality of the apartment and good wifi. What's different from the listing is the location. The area of Mantra where the apartment is located is 1 km above the address, which is to the place you check in. You need a moped to get around Laem mae Phim so for our part it didn't matter that it wasn't at the beach. Can really recommend the place!!

The very Best experience we've ever had in Pattaya. Perfect location. Luxury house with beautiful Jomtien Beach right in front for swim. It is in a luxury private Village, close to famous restaurants, cafes, shops, malls& attractions. House is privately gated+peaceful; &Village has 24hr security guards; we have small kids& felt safe, relaxed. Bedrooms & bathrooms so large & clean. Huge living rooms & communal areas for big group activities. With all amenities we need:washer, big fridges, TVs, fast Wifi, safe, cooking tools, water heater, bikes, etc. Pool is right in front of house& very nice +large, for small kids &adults. Host is friendly & honest. Available 24/7. Flexible check-in/out. We even forgot USD4,000 in the house: they immediately informed and drove 2 hrs to return to us! We've been to Pattaya many times, stayed in many places & can say that this house is by far the best value. With cheap price, we got a 5 star villa. Truly the best house in Pattaya. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay at for a few nights, the house is in perfect condition and truly is a amazing house. Host themselves are very friendly and always here to help me if I have any Issues. The place itself is very private and peaceful definitely recommend others to come to this house.

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

I stayed 2 nights, the location was perfect as it is close to the beach, but it is also conveniently located near restaurant district and also close to the market. The room was very clean and comfortable. Overall all facilities it's good.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

I had an amazing stay! The place looks exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout. I also really appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. And that pool—so big and perfect for relaxing! Would definitely recommend and love to stay again.

Great location, close to the beach, without the traffic of being right on the beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. Lots of restaurants nearby and two good grocery stores within a 5 minute walk if you want to get snacks or cook for yourself. There's also a pretty well stocked convenience store right in the building. The apartment is well furnished and quite roomy for a couple. The kitchen is decently equipped. The bed is large and firm, but comfortable. There are two balconies with a lovely sunset view.

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice apartment. We had a bit of difficulty with security letting us in which was frustrating, but when we got in it was great and the pool and facilities are very nice. A good place to get away from the craziness of Pattaya city without going too far.
