Thailand - for those who need peace and quiet.

The house that is very well equipped is in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area, there is a reception in which to pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured by arrival and used electricity is paid for when moving out. The electricity costs f n 7,0 Baht/kw. Bed linens and towels are available to rent for 220 Baht/week. Let us know when booking if you want to order this and it will be on site in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet-free.

Royal Rayong Beach condominium with large balcony

Royal Rayong Condos has one of the biggest and nicest condominiums in all of Mae Rumphueng. This spacious 2-room apartment with balcony all around is separated from the quiet beach by a road. Distance from the apartment to the beach is only 30 meters. At the the beach there are rows of trees that provide shade. There is always a little wind that makes it a good stay. It's located between Rayong and Ban Phe, about 180 km from Bangkok. Hat Mae Ramphung is one of the quietest seaside in Thailand.

This place good for getting away from chaos. 1 mins walk to local convenience store 5-10 mins walk to the beach 10 mins walk to seafood restaurants along beach 15 mins drive to BannPe' Port to get to Samed island 15 mins drive to Rayong city and Central Plaza Rayong Car rental or own car is recommended due to it's difficult to get public transportation. A fantastic holiday home that has everything. Private pool, proximity to the beach, guarded area, three houses that allow a larger group to feel secluded. Large patio with bar. Pool that has jakutsi comfortable temperature. The area is located at the genuine Thailand where you can lie on the beach all day without being disturbed by vendors. Closest smaller town is Ban Phe 5 km. From there you go by boat to Kha Samet.

Pat's bunglow's are a wonderful place to rest and recharge in Thailand. I was here for a work requirement. Very clean and modern, everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful environment. The very nice pool is an excellent addition to the experience. It is good to have a car or scooter to get around easily to the beach (or work) and shopping or just exploring the area. Pat is an excellent host, very attentive and helpful in every situation. She helped with getting to know the area (it was the first time for me), shopping, scooter rental, airport transportation, laundry and my many questions as a newcomer.

Beng and Irene are the best host you can ever get! They are extremely nice and friendly. They can accommodate your needs and an also coordinate the ride for you especially to and from restaurants. We were lucky to get Beng’s speed boat to go to the island and they coordinate everything for us! The place is also very peaceful and I would 100% recommendations staying at their place!
