I had a great time at this amazing villa, few mins walk the to local 7 11 and resrestaurant. Very welcoming eexperience. The villa is very large in new condition, the pool is long enough to do some laps. thank you.

Great place in quiet neighbourhood. Great, fast and friendly communication throughout the stay. Villa was as advertised on pictures and description. House, pool and property was squeaking clean and kept clean two times a week. The great team from G Estate makes sure that you vacation is a luxury.

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

I hired this villa with some friends for a few days. Super affordable split between everyone for such a big place with a pool and everything. Perfect spot to explore from you can get to Rawai , Nai harn , kata beaches all in about 15 mins. Patong and phuket town about half hour. Supermarket, shops, laundry all close by. We mostly ordered food anyway or went out. Really quiet and peaceful spot. Joy was amazing! Anything we needed was sorted right away. Recommend for a group of friends or a family 100%

We spent a week here on our honeymoon and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place turned out better than the pictures and it was such a wonderful time. Clean, well kept, and homey could describe our stay. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a calm place with lots of fun amenities in a good location not too far from anything you could need. Host was also very responsive and confidence inspiring. Our favorite things were the amazing pool, outdoor showers, cozy bedrooms, and the calmness and safety of the neighborhood. I would recommend this to anyone!

Fantastic experience, very private and peaceful. Bee was very helpful and proactive with recommendations and advice. We hired a scooter and Bee went out of her way to buy a phone holder for us to help navigate our way around - she even had it fitted to the scooter for us before we got back from a day trip out. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very cozy Villa. 🫶☀️🫶 My four kids and I had a great time. The pool was lovely and we got to the holiday vibe right away. Nearby, at the end of the street, turn right is an inexpensive shop, a lot of stuff, and right across the street a couple of really good local restaurants where we picked up some food for Villa. About 1.5 km to the villages, massages, hairdressers, and plenty of places to eat. Luc, an insanely nice host and told us about the services nearby. Responded to messages as soon as it got there. We'll be back and warmly recommend this place to others.

Alexandre was an amazing host. He was very responsive and even provided recommendations, made sure i was away of any local scams and coordination a ride from and to the airport. He checked in and was very kind. The home was clean and perfect for me and my friends. Also quite nice to have private beach access. It’s out of the way compared to other locations but nothing a grab or scooter couldn’t solve. I felt so safe and really enjoyed my time there. If you’re looking for a place book with Alexandre. I flew all the way United States of America and felt right at home. Hands down the best host I’ve ever had and the home is beautiful.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The photos don’t do it justice, it looks much better in natural light! Wonderful view The staff are absolute stars, cooking us delicious breakfast everyday and helping us with everything in between. The only thing to note is that there are a lot of stairs — the entrance is up a flight of stairs with no handrail, and the stairs in the villa itself are the floating type with gaps in the vertical spaces. This made it tricky with kids and elderly, as all the bedrooms have to be accessed via stairs. Other than that, we had no complaints whatsoever! A wonderful and enjoyable stay at the villa.

The villa was outstanding, super new and modern. The rooms are quite spacious and exactly like the pictures. All the amenities are on point. The host was super responsive and helpful.

Well there is so much to compliment about this beautiful villa .myself and family stayed here for 10 nights and it was the most beautiful place I think I have ever stayed. The villa was spotless so much room privacy and everything you needed to make it home .The pool was immaculate the ground surroundings were stunning. Oliver was very helpful and such a great host lovely guy. Pin our house keeper is the most amazing lady such a sweet soul who couldn’t do more for you she is simply the best and we miss her already. I really liked the house! Better than on the photos! Plenty of space. There is a study and a bedroom on the ground floor. There is a grill area. The second has two bedrooms, a living room and a veranda. The place is very quiet. It's easier to get to the sea by tuk tuk, it's a little far away on foot. Host was very easy to communicate with. Time in Kamala went great! Thank you! Thank you!

Pims villa was super cozy and relaxing. The pool is clean and just the right size to sit in it and chill out. The area is peaceful and super close to everything, gym is 14 min away , beach about 20min and a huge food market about 10min walking distance. Very big and spacious villa, perfect for a group of friends to go on holidays , recommend!

Fantastic small house in a peaceful location. 5 minute walk from the Temple Market and main business street and less than 10 minutes to Karon Beach. Nearest 7-11 is a 5 minute walk and is surrounded with a lot of great restaurants. The house was exactly as described with the space we needed for our family. Jayden was exceptional responsive from booking to checkout. Washer and space to dry clothes was a big bonus with a family. Highly recommended small house in a peaceful location.
