House vacation rentals in Mueang Phuket District

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Tout était parfait : la maison est spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, avec une décoration soignée et une ambiance relaxante🌴L’extérieur avec la piscine est un vrai havre de paix. Le staff a été incroyable : toujours disponible, réactif et très attentionné à nos besoins, tout en restant discret. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Une villa que nous recommandons sans hésitation et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci encore pour cette belle expérience. 🙏🏽

This is a beautiful villa with a stunning view. It’s in a quiet neighborhood next to the forest, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation and small activities (walking, running, etc.). The only thing you should keep in mind is that you probably will need some sort of transportation to move around. This place will be my first choice when I come back. I highly recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und bietet viel Platz. Das WLAN war ausgezeichnet. Die Schlafzimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Eine Überraschung war jedoch der Ausblick vom zweiten Stock auf ein heruntergekommenes Gebäude, das scheinbar als Unterkunft für Obdachlose dient. Die Lage ist okay – etwa 15 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, allerdings muss man eine große Hauptstraße ohne Fußgängerstreifen überqueren, was mit Kindern mühsam sein kann. Positiv ist die Nähe zu mehreren Supermärkten. Der Preis von ca. 4500 Baht für 10 Tage für Strom und Wasser zusätzlich, entsprach der Beschreibung, wir fanden ihn aber etwas hoch. Die Kommunikation war aber sehr gut und wir waren auch sonst grundsätzlich sehr glücklich mit der Auswahl. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Waschmaschine auch sowie funktionable Küche. Pool war super mit Kindern und hat auch viel Spass gemacht.

Идеальное жилье с идеальным расположением. Биби (милое имя хозяйки 😌) была очень любезна, приветлива и всегда помогала. Если вы так же как и я, читаете отзывы и по ним отталкиваетесь бронировать жилье или нет, то поверьте ответ однозначный - бронировать! Относительно много раз снимал жилье на АИРБНБ и это одна из лучших моих находок. К сожалению получилось приехать только на неделю, надеюсь в следующем году вернуться сюда на подольше! :) P.S на территории отеля ходят две кошки и у одной из них колокольчик на шее и они постоянно мяукали, возможно для кого-то это будет важно, иногда мешали спать ))

I rarely go into much detail about my Airbnb stays but this deserves every star available. First of all super super friendly the owner helped set up our excursion packages, our driver accommodations, local restaurants, massages, and overall things to do. Basically any question I had they had an answer which is amazing. The villa was breathe taking and looks exactly like the photo 10/10. Security is in the front so not every car comes in and out which makes anyone feel better. If you ever are in Phuket with family or fiends this is the place to rent.

This place is spectacular! We are truly enjoying our stay at the villa, which looks luxurious and matches the description perfectly. Our assistant, Julian, has been amazing and incredibly helpful, providing everything we need for a fantastic vacation. He even assisted me in booking a last-minute boat tour, which was an unforgettable experience. If I return to Phuket, I would definitely stay here again!

House is a 5 out of 5! Location is a 3 out of 5. Rawaii doesn’t have a beach for swimming.

It was a great experience from the check in date all the way tell we checked out. The place was clean and reflected what was described in the App. Alexandre was super helpful even he extended his support and help to retrieve my handbag which I left it in the Taxi. It’s always great to have a good home and a great host.

Our big family 7 persons had stayed the house for 5 days, which is clean and big, walking distance to Big C market, 7 11 convenient store and lots of restaurants. we cooked 3 dinner meals, the kitchen is fully equipped that we could find every thing what we need. the housekeeper Sa and house manager Jack is very friendly. The only problem what we met is the washing machine. Sa helped me to slove it once time, but I could not make it work for me after, looks like it is more familiar with Sa than me. Haha. Fortunately there is another one in the -2 floor, just climbing more steps for us to do the washing work. We really enjoyed our stay in Irina's house, thank you Irina.

My wife and I had an incredible two-week stay at this beautiful property. The host was exceptionally friendly, communicative and made us feel so welcome from the start. The place was spotless—exactly like the photos—and felt brand new, thanks to housekeeping who does a very nice job. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pool area was a standout—well-equipped with loungers, a patio table, and beanbag chairs. We used this beautiful pool more than usual! The sunrise and views were stunning every day. The area is quiet, safe, and secure—a perfect private paradise with gorgeous, vibrant landscaping. Highly recommend! Had a great time staying here. The host was really helpful during our stay. Good space for us 4. One of the beds was in the kitchen. We didn’t see this in the pictures, but it didn’t matter that much to us. Walking distance to most things we needed.

Die Wohnung von Nym hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Habe mich gleich wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr schön und ruhig dort umgeben von mehreren privaten Unterkünften. Ich fühlte mich dort sicher. Man kam nur mit einem Code an dem Anfang in das Gelände der Ferienwohnungen. Die Lage war super. Wirklich nur 50 Meter vom Strand entfernt. In zwei Minuten war man auf der Hauptstraße, wo es ein Lebensmittelläden, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Massagesalons gab. Ein perfekter Ort ohne viel Trubel um zu genießen und sich ausruhen zu können. Eine kleine Anregung: für die Terrasse wäre ein bequemer Sessel oder auch eine Liege sehr schön. Ich danke dir Nym. Ich kann die Unterkunft weiter unbedingt empfehlen

This Villa in Rawai is perfect, it has everything you need for your stay. The whole place is clean and tidy and just feels like home. The pool is perfect and is kept clean throughout your stay, the area around it is big enough for the whole family. The location of this villa is great, less than 10minute walk to all shops & restaurants. Beautiful beaches to swim in are all within a short car ride away. This gentleman has been so accommodating with everything we have needed or asked. He has been the best host from our 3 weeks we have been travelling around Phuket. I would definitely be booking here when I come back to Thailand.

La villa correspondait aux photos et était même mieux en vrai situé dans un quartier très calme idéal pour un séjour en famille. Jean Michel nous a super bien à accueilli et nous a même amené avec son propre véhicule pour faire des courses ! Il était attentif à nos demandes et très réactif lorsque nous en avions besoin. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrions merci pour tout !

For our group (3 adults and 4 kids) Mac's apartment was just perfect. Even if a web says that Phuket is full of turists and it's hard to find privacy, this place was so peace and quiet, a private area with feeling we are safe and welcomed. The pool is large, basicly in two weeks holiday we were only who used it, so it felt like we'd had our own pool. There's chairs and table to hang out. In showers water runs with a good pressure. Even if our kids are still small (4,7,9,11 years) we walked to the beach several times. There was a path, which helped us to cut some distance to the beach (~1,6 km). Brendan helped us to add some apps on our phones, which helped us to book a ride to the beach or where ever we wanted to go. A Bolt ride for this group was about 300 B/one way. To a gym it was only 7 min walk. Brendan and Mac were very friendly and helped us when ever needed. We can definitely recommend this apartment for everyone, who wants a nice, peaceful place to spend a vacation <3

Lomamme täällä oli oikein mukava. Kohde vastasi hyvin kuvia. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Majoittaja oli ystävällinen ja kun ilmastointilaite lakkasi toimimasta hoiti hän korjaajan paikalle ja parissa tunnissa ilmastointi jälleen toimi. Alakerrassa ei tosiaan ole ilmalämpöpumppua, mutta vierailumme aikana siellä ei ollut liian kuuma. Uima-allas oikein mukava.

Hard to make a review on this exact listing, since we had booked it but ended up getting an upgrade last minute! Beautiful place close to a lot of delicious food stalls and easy to get elsewhere in Phuket. Baitoey was so friendly, helpful, and professional while still being personable. (Only thing we didn’t like had nothing to do with Baitoey’s place, or our experience at the beautiful Airbnb!) However the location it was had a swimming pool which was not taken care of at all- water was murky and had a terrible smell, didn’t see any kind of chlorine or cleaning. So if you care to swim, be mindful of pool conditions, but if you want a super clean place with beautiful views, patio, comfortable bed, and nice kitchen, it’s the place you should be!!
