Great place to stay! Walking distance to so many awesome places. Only 20-30 minute motorbike ride to great temples and mountains. Very clean and updated bathroom. I stayed for a whole month and had no issues.

We loved our stay. The host was so helpful and responsive. Even picked us up with our luggage in her car from our old air bnb and helped us check in. The building is gorgeous. Great pool, gym, location. Apartment is spacious, bed is comfy, everything clean. We had the best time.

We loved our stay at Geoff and Yumi’s place. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all of the amenities we needed - including incredibly fast internet. We’re already missing having breakfast on “the bridge” surrounded by the bougainvillea each morning. The local neighbourhood was perfect for us: peaceful, un-touristy, yet everything you needed was either a short walk or cycle away. The free to use mountain bikes were a fun way to explore the area with lots of local eateries and cafes to try! Geoff and Yumi were wonderful hosts- always available with helpful advice and great recommendations and, not to forget, their lovely cat, Misty, who would often pop by for some fuss. All in all, we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much to you both.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ombra house! We had plenty of room for our group of 7, with lots of space for our family to gather in the living room and dining room, and plenty of comfortable beds to choose from. After walking around old city all day, we loved jumping into the salt water pool in the evenings! Charlie and Jennie were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. They helped arrange transportation for us several times. Highly recommend for big groups!

Julie is a great host; she helped me when I had some questions, and she is always active. The apartment is great, calm and not hot (there is not so much sun, and this is good because it is repaired, considering there are also trees in front of the balcony). The condo is great; you have everything you need (washing machine, parking, restaurants). The apartment is really clean, and I found everything, I did some work from home and it was comfortable. The area is not close to the center but it is easy if you have a scooter or in taxi (bike costs like 35 baht, car 78). There is a great muay thai gym at 20 minutes walking so great. I would return 10/10.

The location of the condo was good. Few family owned restaurants close by. Ten minutes walk from Maya mall. Lots of good places to eat and a lot to do. Condo was as described. Had a washer and can be set for a 15 minutes wash which was great. Had a separate bedroom which was nice for privacy with a firm (hard) bed. Also sofabed in the main area. Building had a very small gym without free weights. Pool was average size. Overall the condo was nice and I would go back again. My only recommendation is that all the kitchen utensils, plates, dishes are old and not clean. Also, there were only 2 bath towels in the entire condo. We are 2 adults and we stayed 8 nights. No kitchen towel or hand towels. I requested 2 additional bath towels but took two days to receivedue to slow communication. No smart TV. I recommend you bring your Chromecast or firestick if you want to watch your shows or stream YouTube or Netflix.

Its a great place to stay with a really helpful and responsive host. The room looked great and it was a nice place to stay. the building also has its own parking spots for cars and motorbikes downstairs.

I enjoyed my stay in the roomy, clean and well equipped two bedroom that Paisal offered. The location is great to experience Chiang Mai. While it is in the middle of everything, it is at the same time also quiet. The host was friendly and responsive to messages. Met me upon arrival and gave me a tour of the place, which was helpful.

During our first family trip to Chiang Mai, we stayed at this wonderful accommodation with our 7-year-old and 4-year-old children, my wife, and my mother-in-law, making us a group of five. Finding a suitable hotel was tricky, as even booking two rooms left us unsure of how to divide the spaces. We eventually opted for an Airbnb house with multiple rooms. Although initially worried about mosquitoes and security in the traditional-style house, all our concerns vanished upon arrival, and we immediately felt relaxed. The kids loved exploring the yard and running around the two-story house, while the adults enjoyed peaceful naps in the rocking chairs, sofas, and the balcony bench in the second-floor common area. The host and staff were exceptionally welcoming, always greeting us with smiles and ensuring our needs were met with excellent service. A highlight of the stay was the breakfast, especially the Khao Soi on the first day, which surpassed the taste of dishes from other restaurants.

Can’t recommend this stay enough. The house is beautiful and cozy, walking distance to everything in Nimman but tucked away on a private street. Living room is spacious and the garden is lovely. Comfortable beds and lots of extra touches (free water, some welcome snacks, indoor sandals, outdoor flip flops, and bicycles!) Would definitely come back!

This is our second stay at Kanok's house and it is a beautiful clean and comfortable place.Kanok is very tasteful and beautiful and very gentle.The furnishings were fine, the daily supplies were well stocked, and the bread and snacks were prepared and there was a lot of mineral water for us to use, which was very thoughtful.It is a good place to do in terms of detail.We were a plane the next morning she drove us to the airport in person as well, thank you so much!The neighborhood is very quiet, there are small shops for food next door, big supermarket and catering center within walking distance. seveneleven is just around the corner.We will come back again and recommend this homestay!

It is a quiet and comfortable small house surrounded by good restaurants, which is great for walking at night!The owner of the house was very welcoming and considerate, provided us with a lot of travel guides, as well as ice water and fruit, and it was very difficult to leave.🫶

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. Waking up each morning to the sound of birds chirping and the soothing chime of the windbell felt like such a blessing! The host was incredibly kind and responsive to all my requests. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

If you come to Chiang Mai and want to be in the middle of everything but still want to have some peace and quiet and a wonderful outdoor area to relax in, this place is perfect. We felt so at home. We loved the big swing in the living room as well. Our daughter loved it, too. Cinema feeling! Highly recommended!

This was honestly hands down the BEST Airbnb accommodation I’ve stayed in my life from all the travels I’ve been to different parts of the world & also the best in Chiang Mai! The home was super cosy & it felt so comforting entering the home to feel right at home. There were plenty of amenities available & the place was walkable to a lot of places in the area & it was right in the Central Area of Chiang Mai. Host was very responsive & helpful & gave us recommendations as well! Check-in was smooth & easy with clear instructions, parking on-site & overall it was an amazing experience! We almost didn’t want to leave the Airbnb just because of how comfortable everything was! 11/10 would recommend!

I stayed for one month at Catherine's place. I came right after the floods and Catherine was very clear and punctual to keep me updated on the changes as repairs were made. She speaks great English and responds very quickly. The place is exactly as pictured and the balcony is perfect for a sunset view. For a monthly stay, this place was perfect for my needs. The pool view is spectacular. The gym has all the basics but consider going off peak hours. There are plenty of restaurants to walk too or a short grab away. The wifi is very fast. The utility bill was reasonable. The apartment does not have a dedicated workspace but the study room upstairs works perfect. Overall, I would recommend this apartment for a monthly stay.

We stayed for a month. We have stayed in this complex before so we were familiar. She moved us to the 15th floor, not what the photos showed but it was nice. Wifi was good. Our AC was not working when we arrived but they came and fixed it in 24 hours and it was freezing cold. Host is very responsive and kind. Plenty of great places in walking distance including Maya mall for anything you need. Wave down a songteaw truck to get into old town easily. We truly love this town. We will be back for a third time when we can!

A serviced apartment in the heart of the city, conveniently located across from Nimman One and Maya.The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and cozy, fully equipped, with an oversized mountain view balcony, which we really like.The host Jane was very attentive and friendly and communicative.The only regret is that the whole Nimman Road is on the airplane lane, the noise from the airplanes is a bit noisy, but Chiang Mai was not loud, the airport was close, and it was hard to get two.Anyway, it's very good value for money, and I will choose this place again next time.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

this is, for Thailland standards, very spacious for 1 or 2 people, it was clean and well taken care of. It was close to the night street market and about 15 min walk from the supermarket and loads of restaurants and shshops. the only negative was the shower, there is not a lot of water pressure and the water was warm(ishhh) but really not what you'd call hot, borderline of a ccold shower. Honestly, that was the only negative.

Nice view and amenities. Also picked up and dropped me off at the airport. Great stay!

If we could give 10 stars we would! ⭐️ Kate’s apartment was, without a doubt, the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand. Having been travelling for the whole year, we spent 6 weeks here, in pure comfort with everything you could need. The bed is perfect, the air fryer is a huge plus, the TV has Netflix - you feel right at home straight away. But, the standout ‘feature’ of this apartment is Kate herself. A genuine pleasure to have met and dealt with her. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and her kindness and hopsitality is a shining example of how kind people are in Chiang Mai. Thank you Kate for making our time so memorable 🙏 Having stayed in Nimman before, in different locations, this is by far a better option. Easy access to the road, easy drive to Maya Mall and other major areas. JJs Pad Thai is right round the corner - extremely good food. We will be back! After 6 weeks, we felt rested and refreshed. If you’re considering this apartment, do it!! You will not regret it.
