I’ve had the most wonderful stay at Janette’s place. The appartment is situated on the top floor and had a large kitchen, dining table, proper desk, nice seating area and a bed. Basically anything you could wish for. (And proper quick internet, I work in IT and spent 3 weeks working from there without any hiccups) More importantly, Janette is an incredibly kind and warm host. We got together with some of her other tenants and had dinner. She made me feel right at home and all in all is a great and inspiring person. In regards to the location: yes, it’s slightly outside of the city centre. But a 15-minute grab bike costs only 80 THB. Within a 10-minute walk you can find local restaurants and a 7-11 and other convenience stores. It’s such a peaceful and green location. And the addition of the pool makes it the perfect spot to spend some time in Chiang Mai!

We loved our stay. The host was so helpful and responsive. Even picked us up with our luggage in her car from our old air bnb and helped us check in. The building is gorgeous. Great pool, gym, location. Apartment is spacious, bed is comfy, everything clean. We had the best time.

Geoff and Yumi were super gracious and chill hosts! They are a wonderful couple and we have vowed to come back to their beautiful place :) They’re so great to speak with and I wish we had more time so we could spend with them. Their place is exactly what we needed - a quiet break from the hustle and bustle, a beautifully done up home, greenery all around ❤️

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ombra house! We had plenty of room for our group of 7, with lots of space for our family to gather in the living room and dining room, and plenty of comfortable beds to choose from. After walking around old city all day, we loved jumping into the salt water pool in the evenings! Charlie and Jennie were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole stay. They helped arrange transportation for us several times. Highly recommend for big groups!

Julie is a great host; she helped me when I had some questions, and she is always active. The apartment is great, calm and not hot (there is not so much sun, and this is good because it is repaired, considering there are also trees in front of the balcony). The condo is great; you have everything you need (washing machine, parking, restaurants). The apartment is really clean, and I found everything, I did some work from home and it was comfortable. The area is not close to the center but it is easy if you have a scooter or in taxi (bike costs like 35 baht, car 78). There is a great muay thai gym at 20 minutes walking so great. I would return 10/10.

The location of the condo was good. Few family owned restaurants close by. Ten minutes walk from Maya mall. Lots of good places to eat and a lot to do. Condo was as described. Had a washer and can be set for a 15 minutes wash which was great. Had a separate bedroom which was nice for privacy with a firm (hard) bed. Also sofabed in the main area. Building had a very small gym without free weights. Pool was average size. Overall the condo was nice and I would go back again. My only recommendation is that all the kitchen utensils, plates, dishes are old and not clean. Also, there were only 2 bath towels in the entire condo. We are 2 adults and we stayed 8 nights. No kitchen towel or hand towels. I requested 2 additional bath towels but took two days to receivedue to slow communication. No smart TV. I recommend you bring your Chromecast or firestick if you want to watch your shows or stream YouTube or Netflix.

Beautiful and clean accommodation very authentic and the staff just incredibly caring and kind. Listens if you need anything. I highly recommend you will not regret it.

We love this Airbnb property, very convenient to get around. There are cafes and restaurants nearby as well as a good massage right next door. Place is clean and modern, has all the amenities we need. Host provided tasty instant noodle treats for us! Thank you for your kind hospitality! Slight road noise but doesn’t bother us 🤗

Words can’t express how spectacular this home is for a stay in Chiang Mai. The house is lovely and the location is superb . We stayed for a month and we couldn’t have been happier that we made the right decision. Nittaya and her staff took care of the house and us. The garden was an added bonus . Can’t wait to come back !

We had a great time here. The host was very friendly and quick to respond and help when we had questions. The amenities worked as they were supposed to. The host left some snacks and waters for us which was very kind. The location is good with shops, markets, and coffee shops nearby within five minutes walking. Overall, we would recommend this place to others!

It is a quiet and comfortable small house surrounded by good restaurants, which is great for walking at night!The owner of the house was very welcoming and considerate, provided us with a lot of travel guides, as well as ice water and fruit, and it was very difficult to leave.🫶

Great house and Jitrada prepared all the necessities we need, even with foods that we could cook for two-days breakfast. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, all you can see is green and all you can hear is the rain at night. We definitely had a great time staying at Jitrada’s place. Looking forward for another longer stay when being in Chiang Mai next time!

This place was pretty great, as others have said the beds are not comfortable at all but I have heard that this is common in Asian countries. It’s definitely a little less hard than wood floors though. The AC leaked while we were there which I should have said something about to her sooner but I put a towel down instead because there was water on the wall already so I thought it was a common issue..also the bedroom is upstairs that are outside from the downstairs/kitchen..which was unexpected but not bad. Overall it’s very good location. Well kept, and there was a sweet kitty that hung out outside sometimes. I would stay here again

We had a wonderful experience and felt like a home! The house was perfect for a family with kids and Jesse is a great bro. 1. SAFE. The security is awesome with no concern, the security guards check everyone get into the villa and petrol every hour. 2. KIDS FRIENDLY. There are outdoor/ indoor playgrounds opposite Jesse’s house. My kids love playing there and they would enjoy the air hockey/ pool table set up in the house soon when they are bigger. 3. RESPONSIVE & SUPPORTIVE. Jesse is very responsive and constantly offered tips of things to do in the area which was super helpful. His advices were clear and in detail. We ran out of the gas for cooking one night and he came to the house in 5 mins with a solution. Jesse, you’re the man!! 4. LOCATION. It’s perfect for us, near the international school zones, and within 5mins driving distance to Kad Farang where is a nice area with everything you need for living. Jesse and his family were incredible, it's the top of my list if return.

Very home-like house, quiet and comfortable with great furnishings!Host also offered fruit, emergency medication box, which was very helpful during the trip.I would like to stay here next time in Chiang Mai.

I've stayed in the complex before, so I knew what to expect. Super quiet, beautiful views, quiet surroundings, decent gym, lots of food options as the condo is right by a night market. Room was clean, check in requires setting up face scan but was efficient, instructions were clear. There is no washing machine, but paid washing machines and dryers are available on the first floor. A scooter is recommended to get around.

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

this is, for Thailland standards, very spacious for 1 or 2 people, it was clean and well taken care of. It was close to the night street market and about 15 min walk from the supermarket and loads of restaurants and shshops. the only negative was the shower, there is not a lot of water pressure and the water was warm(ishhh) but really not what you'd call hot, borderline of a ccold shower. Honestly, that was the only negative.

If we could give 10 stars we would! ⭐️ Kate’s apartment was, without a doubt, the best place we’ve stayed in Thailand. Having been travelling for the whole year, we spent 6 weeks here, in pure comfort with everything you could need. The bed is perfect, the air fryer is a huge plus, the TV has Netflix - you feel right at home straight away. But, the standout ‘feature’ of this apartment is Kate herself. A genuine pleasure to have met and dealt with her. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and her kindness and hopsitality is a shining example of how kind people are in Chiang Mai. Thank you Kate for making our time so memorable 🙏 Having stayed in Nimman before, in different locations, this is by far a better option. Easy access to the road, easy drive to Maya Mall and other major areas. JJs Pad Thai is right round the corner - extremely good food. We will be back! After 6 weeks, we felt rested and refreshed. If you’re considering this apartment, do it!! You will not regret it.

Great view, quiet, spacious studio apartment. As stated in previous reviews there was no toilet paper, soap or drinking water - but I knew what to expect and so brought these things with me. Korvith was responsive when we had a problem with getting hot water and sent help immediately, problem fixed. The bed was comfortable … all in all, a good experience.
