Chiang Mai Pool Villa is the best value for money. Super good location. Unlike other villas, far from the city. Restaurants and supermarkets. The people in the villa area are very quiet and not noisy. Very comfortable to sleep at night. If you want to take a vacation, you can come. Go to Nimman Road in about 15 minutes. Ten minutes to Thapae Gate.Ten minutes to Central.The biggest mall. In a special center area.

It was a nice living experience, walkable supermarket, very convenient.The security is also very good. Merry always responses in time and gives a lot of help,very kind and warm.

The house was clean and welcoming and we had a great 22 days here.The host was available to help us on time when we needed help.There are also good coffee shops nearby, good restaurants, not far from Nimman Rd and Maya.It was so nice that the host gave us a late check out because we were on an evening plane to leave.Yes, we were also early to check in to the house on our first day, the host was really nice.

Very happy with the stay. The only negative feedback would be the leaking of the shower head and bidet shower. Especially the shower head, 70% of the water dripped to the floor resulting in very very little and small amount of water coming out from the tap. So all of us dread the shower process. Hope the owner can change soon. Towels and linens feel freshly cleaned and dried. Safe for use. Love the purifier in the rooms. The bigger room even had a sofa and tv for couple time. Most impressed with the fact that the kitchen has all the basic seasoning should U close to cook. This is one of the rare offers amongst the airbnb that I have stayed in before.

Beautiful and spacious place on the outskirts of Chiang Mai. Just a few minutes drive to the old centre. Norapon’s place is clean and tidy. He is a very responsive and helpful host and the staff are also very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place to chill out

Had a lovely week at Yoriko's apartment - it's clean and quiet, the pool and other amenities are fantastic, and it's a two-minute walk to the main shopping centre in Chiang Mai. You need a bike or taxi to get to the city centre, but both options are so cheap it's absolutely worth it. Yoriko was wonderful as well, really quick to respond to any questions and gave detailed instructions about how everything nearby worked. Would absolutely stay again!

Pong was kind enough to offer the place before check in time. He was also there to welcome us & show us around. The place was clean & as defined in the listing. We had to go a bit far to search for scooty rental since it mostly looks like a residential neighborhood. Overall we loved our stay.

It was a 10-minute walk to Doisaket Lake, where the Ruiklatong event was held, so I was able to enjoy the festival to my heart's content. Thanks to the host's friendly guidance, I was able to enjoy my trip. It was also nice to relax in the pool and relieve the fatigue of the trip. Thank you James for your host!

The host is amazing! No kidding. She literally provides everything I needed, from day to day car service, travel spot recommendation to even pcr test! I have a 18month old baby with me and she instantly buys a baby bed for him. The house is amazing too. We had a housekeeper and she cooked great cuisines. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone coming to chiangmai.

Awesome place. Better than the pics. Wanted to extend the stay but unfortunately it was full booked till the month after. Definitely will come back if we visit chiangmai again.

The host was responsive and gave clear instructions. The house was spacious and well decorated. The real highlight is the location as the house is basically across the street from One Nimman, but tucked away enough that you can escape all the noise. You’ll hear lots of airplanes, but that’s part of being in downtown Chiang Mai.
