L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We stayed at the house for an extended weekend. It is in a very quiet location. The decor makes you feel right at home. Especially in cold temperatures, the fireplace is a real highlight. The kitchen is well equipped. And if you had any questions, you could always reach out to the host. We will definitely return.

The apartment was beautiful. We are on business trips a lot and have visited many accommodations but it stands out with its beauty. We stayed 2 nights in this fantastically beautifully furnished apartment and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment is very loving, prepared with small very discreet accents and everything you need. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. We entered the apartment, it was already preheated and small lights welcomed us. Thank you very much and look forward to seeing you again.

We had such a pleasant stay her at Overath, the property looked exactly like it did on the pictures, it was lovely and clean and nice and quite, Robby was very helpful with the directions on how to get in and access the property, love there was a space for my car away from the road and where I see it. Overall was a very lovely place and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay with Heiko who welcomed us very warmly. Comfortable apartment, impeccable, and well heated if needed, nothing to say except our complete satisfaction. We also appreciated the calm of this pretty village and the kindness in general of our host and the locals, as well as the ease of parking and unloading our many luggage. Don't hesitate!

A nice and quiet place. We only stayed here for one night, but it was a perfect stay. Achim and Steffie are quick to respond and do well with this home. We have even made the next booking.

Aggi and Lars' apartment was an excellent place for us to work in peace with a small group of 8 people and to take care of ourselves independently. The three bedrooms are fully and practically equipped and offer very good retreats from the living and dining area. The kitchen is very conveniently located and very well equipped. Aggi and Lars were very easy to reach during our stay and very helpful with small special requests. So we felt very welcome. I am happy to recommend her offer.

We had gone to the accommodation for recreation and relaxing and found both there. You can tell that someone has put a lot of love and work into a good concept here. The place is not only clean and comfortable but also professionally organized. It's almost like being in your own wellness hotel. We would love to come back.
