House vacation rentals in Mud Island

Had a crowd and everyone was happy with the house and its location. Close to Germantown and Collierville. It was perfect for our visit with family. Close and easy access from 385 and I240. Very happy with this property. John was a great host and responded quickly to all inquiries. Great place.

As long as it is available this will be our go to spot for trips to Memphis. Walking distance of Graceland and the Guesthouse. Quiet neighborhood and fantastic host!

Amazing stay at Cory’s pool house! Loved the decor, the comfortable beds and the deep pool! We were close to everything we needed. Very prompt and helpful host, we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home! Very accommodating for large or multi-families. Master suite is very spacious and worked great for my 82 year old father. Lots to do in the good sized back yard. Fun game room. Beds and linens and very comfortable. VERY safe neighborhood. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Ashleigh and Austin responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. Not far from the airport or Beale Street. Great location. If we were to go back to Memphis, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed the space, the pool was an added addition, my grandbabies loved it. If ever in that area again, I would stay here again. We just had to get use to taking our shoes off when entering.

We met Amanda when we got there and she came with a bottle of wine. Always a nice way to start a trip. The home is amazing- from the stained glass windows to the heated pool. It was exactly what we wanted. They were able to accommodate our 2 dogs as well. The yard was GREAT for the dogs, they enjoyed themselves. They have a binder full of things to do and their favorite places to eat, which we definitely took advantage of. And they were so thoughtful and brought some dog treats over for the road. Our large family (8 adults, 5 small kids) loved this house and its location. The size was large enough for us to spread out and keep the kids separated for naptimes and early bedtimes. The pool is a wonderful place to hang out! The pool is heated year-round to 84 degrees, but during cooler seasons, the hosts will heat the pool to higher temps for an extra fee- ask about this ahead, so you can budget for it. With the outdoor temps in the 50s, we were able to comfortably enjoy afternoon swimming everyday. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood, within 5 minutes of nice restaurants and supermarkets, and only 20 minutes to downtown Memphis. I recommend this house for any family looking for a spot near Memphis to stay and play.

This was a beautiful rental property, clean and spacious, with very neat little homey surprises like plenty of blankets. Our dog loved the spacious backyard, and we enjoyed the enclosed back patio. Brandy was a very responsive host.

This was our second stay in this house. Great house, great location, great host. Also, Paulette's is a great restaurant located on the island near the house.

Great hosts, super clean and in an area that is less than five minutes from anything you want to eat and a bunch of good local restaurants. Easy and quick check in and felt secure. The house was adorable with two very comfortably sized rooms , smart TV in the living area and a well stocked kitchen.

Ian’s home was lovely and perfect for my short trip to Memphis. This home was very clean and fully equipped with everything someone could need. Ian was an excellent host, responded very quickly, and was very easy to communicate with. Will stay at this home again on my next trip to Memphis.

Our stay at Austin’s place was awesome! We were in town for the St. Jude Marathon and the location was perfect! He was an excellent communicator and we felt very comfortable in the home!

Great place! Close to Cooper Young, and all the things we had planned for Memphis. Heidi is a friendly host. She met us at the door (which is rare for Airbnb these days) and got us squared away.

The house nice and quiet, we went there to work in the Area of Memphis it felt nice to come to a house not to a hotel .all my coworker were happy with there rooms no one had no issues . we thank the host for let's us his home .I RECOMMEND HIS HOUSE TO ANY ONE THINK ABOUT GOING TO MEMPHIS.

This was one of the nicest places I've stayed. Sakinah was extremely hospitable (she left a personalized note and complimentary snacks). The place was clean and as described. The pictures do not do this place justice. Book it...you'll be glad you did.

Our large family stayed here for Christmas and I cannot say enough good things. The house was in such a great location with beautiful views of the golf course from the backyard. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful, we enjoyed the fire pit at night. The amenities in the house were just a fantastic! Plenty of space and updated. To top it off they had gone the extra mile to decorate for Christmas which made it even more magical. Check in was simple and check out wasn't overly complicated. The hosts communicated well and made us feel so at home. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Max and Zac were responded quickly to a few things that came up while we were at this property. Love the neighborhood. Walkable with dogs and convenient to restaurants and Beale Street. The old commemorative newspaper about Elvis was so cool as we visited Graceland and found it filled in a lot of information we didn’t know. Great visit!

The 2 bedroom unit was just as described in the listing. We need to extend the stay for two extra days and the Host worked out the details very quickly. This is a corner lot which has a patio and small yard, but due to a winter snow storm we were not able to use it. This street is located such that there is minimal traffic and traffic noise. The unit has two large screen TV's with access to local channels. The unit was decorated with numerous wall hangings and other nice appointments. The bathrooms were well supplied with towels, etc. Access to restaurants requires a short drive to the island south side or out into the city. The renter's handbook was one of the best I have seen in an Air BNB rental.

This was my 1st experience with an AirBnB. Kall is genuinely a wonderful host. Her home is welcoming, warm and inviting. She was very responsive. Even with a little snafu, she was generous and understanding. I would stay again in a heartbeat!!! Kall you seriously made the trip a hit!!!

Very nice and comfortable place, My group needed a place to sleep for two days since we were out of town and it was more than enough of what we needed. would stay here again!

I really can't say enough about how gracious and kind Gabe was to my family and me. Everything was extremely beautiful and clean. Gabe responded to any message I sent timely. If I could give more stars I would. I highly recommend this host.
