Vacation rentals with beach access in Mtunzini

First time staying in Umhloti. We enjoyed it very much, especially the accommodation, and sea views!

Loved everything about the place everything was stunning .Leslie was very welcoming even allowed us to check in early was a cherry on top , his hospitality is amazing , perfect location close to restaurants and right next to the beach . Would definitely highly recommend

Beautiful place indeed 👌 the place is so peaceful, security is superb. We flew to durban and it was so easy to get an uber to Sibaya, for the 5 days we were there we had to uber to get around the uber drivers knew exactly were to pick us up and to drop us each time we requested. Kruschen is the best host ,very friendly and will check in once you arrive to make sure everything is in order. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay at Kruchen's place each time we visit durban again.

Fezeka’s place was great. It looked like the pictures. It was very clean.Everything worked. It was very peaceful. We would go back.

Everything was impeccably organized, neat, and tidy, making it feel so welcoming. We had a slight issue connecting to the internet initially, but Thami quickly resolved it, showcasing his excellent hosting skills. Signing in with the security was a bit tricky at first, but once the documents were sorted, it was smooth sailing. I only wish we could have stayed longer! An amazing home, we enjoyed our stay and the host has this book where guests write their reviews it's such a help for other guests to get extra activities for one to do. Both Michelle and Kayla are the best hosts, they kept checking if we are okay and when we left they still kept on checking on us if we are home safe. I can't wait for another visit.

What an awesome place to stay, neat, clean, spacious with a great location and sea view, walking distance to restaurants, coffee, beach and shops. Host is super friendly and helpfull throughout they stay. Had a super awesome stay, defnitely recommended.

We LOVED this house. We were 4 families with little kids and this place was so spacious, it never felt crammed. Waking up to ocean views every morning was magical. The house has direct access to the beach which we all loved. The housekeepers were so friendly and helpful. And the neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and close to cafes, restaurants, and activities. We will definitely come here again!

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and private. The home is modern and pristine. Lovely pattio and large open kitchen and living room. Sheffield is a great quiet town, nice beach within walking distance and Ballito swimming beaches within a short drive. It was the perfect setting for a small family holiday. Jemma is a great host and we would recommend this home any day.

We have found a new gem - Sovereign Sands in Blythedale. Away from the chaos of Ballito and surrounds, it was a breath of fresh air to be a short forest-walk away from a pristine uncrowded beach. It felt like Mozambique (beautiful quiet beaches, dune forest etc), but with the added convenience of Checkers Sixty60 delivering to the Estate. Blythedale itself is a simple town with not much to do, but The Estate is a short beach walk away from Grumpy's beach bar, which was awesome (and made us think of Mozam even more with their jugs of R&R). The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable, and while we wished we had a sea-view - the sounds of the ocean were awesome. The kitchen was stocked with all the usual kitchen gadgets (even a Nespresso machine) you'd need. Elsie was communicative and friendly. The Estate felt very safe & well-run. The communal pool area boasted a very large pool that the kids loved (but the adults wished that there was some comfy seating around).

As a big family we loved staying in a full holiday house as opposed to a flat. Everyone had enough space to have some privacy and quiet time when needed. Bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The house was also exceptionally well stocked in terms of kitchen accessories and the types of things you need in a home, that often you don't have on holiday. So this made it extra comfortable. Other extras which came in handy were the boogie boards and squash/tennis rackets in the garage which allowed me to play together with my kids. A fantastic 2 week stay - thank you

Great stay in Ballito, close to all amenities and an amazing view of the ocean

This place is an absolute gem. The apartment is modern and beautiful, it is well equipped with everything one could wish for. We also loved the beach and the area is great for all sorts of activities. Ross made us feel valued and welcome- he really goes the extra mile as a host! We would definitely love to come back!

Beautiful, comfortable home with everything one can need. Sheena added board games and a load shedding kit that has anything you could possibly need during load shedding, from fans to power banks and she has a power station for all your gadgets and the TV. Sheena also communicated so well with me throughout my stay.

Everything from location to amenities (including the sauna) made for a superb stay. If it’s within your budget, don’t think twice!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Loren's lovely apartment. It felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to the sea, just steps from the apartment, where we could swim in the ocean, monitored by lifeguards all day and we could hop straight into the pool thereafter! The location was also fantastic with great restaurants and shops within walking distance for all our needs. The only challenge, particularly if traveling with elderly guests, is the three flights of stairs from the garage parking to the apartment, or two flights to the gardens and pools. This however did not detract from the overall experience. Loren was an attentive host, always available to answer any questions. We will definitely return for another stay.

Oh what a wonderful stay my sisters and I had at Trish’s home. She is the kindest woman I’ve ever met. Always a phone call or text away, always willing to assist where she can. She’s such a pleasant soul. The villa is so spacious and even more beautiful than in pictures. It has everything you need! The private beach access was our ultimate fav! All in all, great value for money! Thank you Trish!♥️
