Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Mount Pleasant

Great place, great restaurants just a few steps away, bus stop right outside for easy access to everything, just great. My only slight niggle was the listing says no TV, but there was one, so I brought thinks I didn't need to.

We were late arriving and grateful that host was responsive and the check-in instructions were clear. This is a compact home but clean and comfortable and in a perfect location for us, heading out of Christchurch airport.

Kate was such an awesome host!We enjoyed our stay so much!it was great for my family! Everything was clean and orderly,bathrooms both have great water pressure and hot water!!!(major must for me!) house also warm and cosy! Kitchen great for having our Kai and big comfy beds!gardens were so amazing I’ve come home inspired for my food garden! I definitely recommend this accommodation for anyone who needs a house with children of any age as it’s safe clean warm and even has toys for young ones(something I’ve hardly come across at other air bnbs! Thank you Kate and Ash Will definitely book this house again!

Great place for a short business trip. Ideally situated for the city centre and surrounding area.

This place is exactly as described. The property is a little private oasis in central Christchurch. As stated, driveway is narrrow but doable otherwise there is also some limited parking on the street. A little complicated to park in the driveway and open the gate if you are a sole traveller. Street noise was minimal although and not absent and the house was spotless and modern. For those that like plush beds, this one is the opposite. We found the bed way too hard for our liking. A small suggestion would be a hand towel or two for the bathroom. We really enjoyed the place and location. Very reasonably priced.

The house was a nice oasis close to plenty to do. Tons of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the park. The kids loved playing in the yard. And we had great hosts.

Fantastic place to stay in the centre of Christchurch, we had everything we needed to feel at home and comfortable. The apartment is in a fantastic location only a couple of minutes walk from New Regent Street with loads of great cafes, bars, restaurants etc. on it. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back! The lack of parking wasn’t an issue, as there were spaces on Latimer Square and other surrounding streets which were free to park on with no restrictions.

The apartment was found to be clean & tidy upon arrival. Within walking distance to the CBD. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the CBD.

Josie's apartment has everything you need! It was the best supplied ABnB we have ever stayed at; both kitchen and bath had all the necessary implements and much more. The apartment was very comfortable with a spacious balcony. The view from the balcony was the only average thing about the apartment, but you can see that the new construction is revitalizing the street after the earthquakes. It is very convenient to walk to the CBD and the bus station is only a 5 minute walk. (One day bus pass is NZ$10 day, worthwhile if you travel more than twice and more convenient than paying $4 cash per trip.) Highly recommend!

A perfect spot. very clean and tidy. cute verandah to sit on and watch passers by. A view of the sea from the double room. lovely waking up to that. everything we needed and quiet despite being on the road. thanks

Anne-Marie and Russel were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was just as described, quiet and comfortable, with easy access and private parking. Anne-Marie had thought of all the things which one would need whilst travelling, which was very helpful. Five stars is insufficient - we would give it ten if we could!

this place was perfect to recharge during my road trip, and being able to do laundry was a huge plus!! The apartment is beautiful and cozy with amazing views, super comfy bed and everything i needed to feel right at home. All my questions were answered very quickly

A modern, clean and spacious apartment perfect for my friend and I. We had our own room and bathroom and the washing machine, kitchen and comfortable lounge room made it a homely and convenient stay. Susan was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you we loved our stay!

This apartment is small but beautiful. It was clean and the furnishings lovely. There is a lovely sunny outdoor area although this is central city and on a main road. If you don't like traffic noise this is not for you. I didn't find it a problem. Inside the apartment traffic noise was barely noticable. The apartment is literally 50m to the Avon parks and walkways. The info in the listing on parking is misleading - the listing says "your own secure, off-street parking space is included" but in fact it is in the next street in a Wilson's carpark. The "secure" I can't speak to as the carpark was outdoors and open. There was 1 camera. I would not leave anything in the car if unattended. This was the only negative for me. The parking is free as promised. All in all, I will stay here again. It's a gorgeous place and so very close to everything.

The room is so clean, and the decorations in the house are so exquisite, it’s really worth! All the facilities are so convenient and we enjoyed delicious meals cooking by ourselves. Highly recommend!

Great location with easy access to public transportation. The space was really clean and it was really easy to communicate with Kate she answered really quickly. There is restaurants within walking distance and a really epic park nearby. It was tucked away on a quiet street so no loud noises while trying to sleep. Would definitely recommend.

The Loft was in the heart of the CBD - close to everything and easy to find. It’s one of the tallest apts in the CBD so easy to locate when walking the city. Lots of space, super comfortable beds, couches, outdoor space. Big kitchen with water/ice dispensing fridge. Massive deep bath in the ensuite. Spacious and well appointed. Thanks for a great stay!
