Extremely happy to be a returning guest. The apartment is in a very good, easy to find location. I truly enjoyed the clean, comfortable, beautiful place and the splendid view of the ocean. There are many restaurants near by therefore, didn’t need to use the kitchen but the washer and dryer was very useful. Everything ran smoothly and the place is very secure indeed. The apartment is very well designed and had all the amenities we needed. The views from the apartment are great! We found the space perfect for hosting few friends for a meal. Heshan was very accommodating as a host, communicated proactively and responded quickly.

Ramesha’s place is the perfect getaway for anyone looking for a complete recluse and getaway from city life or a hectic work life. But in case you do miss the city, its an easy 30 minute right to Colombo too. The Villa is a hidden gem, banked right beside a lake where you can sit and read during the evenings, or really just any of the beautiful spots around the garden which is perfect for a place to chill with a book or with a group of friends. The villa is on top of the most beautiful property, surrounded by trees and flowers, and the best part? You hear the most peaceful sounds of nature all day long, so if your kind of heaven is floating in a huge pool all day long surrounded by the most beautiful landscape, and the sound of birds chirping, this is definitely the place for you. Complimentary to which is Ramesha, who is the most wonderful host and always available for any questions or assistance we need. We had the most amazing time, and we would LOVE to come again.

Amazing place to stay. Extremely happy I selected this place. From the moment I showed interest Sebastian was cooperative and welcoming. The caretaker manju really made our stay beyond amazing. He was very kind and obliging. Very welcoming and quick to assist with any request. The place itself is so comfortable. Fully equipped with hot water and air conditioning. The exotic tea flavours had blown my mind! Kitchen was spotless, the koi pond is mesmerizing, and when it rains it rains through the house!!! Made my rainy days here a beautiful place to spend with my friends around my wedding. Worth every penny and more. Thank you Sebastian and Manju.

Sudam is an amazing host. We arrived at 2 AM, and he was awake, ready to greet us with a warm welcome. He made sure we were comfortable and always checked in to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. His hospitality made us feel like it was our own home. The accomodation was extremely clean and well kept. The air-cons worked perfectly. The beds were also very comfy. It was a safe environment with good security. No complaints at all. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting. We will definitely be back here when we go back to Sri Lanka. Thank you Sudam for making our stay so wonderful!

This is the one thing so far in Sri Lanka we found that went 100% according to agreement and plan. Nishani was a great host, responsive and caring and the pictures and listing for the first time in my airbnb experience was under stated compared to reality. The apartment is awesome! The facilities awesome! The staff awesome! Helpful, always. The sauna, pool, steam room was great and i used it a lot. The apartment is excellent, washing machine works and clean, the kitchen very nice and functional, bathtub worked as intended. Look, this airbnb is fantastic. Nishani even catered for extra towels even though our stay is short and plenty of spare blankets/bed sheets.
