Great house with amazing view and amenities !! Dave and Destinie are very responsive to our need and very promptly communication to ensure all is good here. There was some issues during our stay ( which is not the host fault) but Destinie and Dave were able to promptly respond and take appropriate action to remedy the issue despite it was late at night (10pm to 12 midnight). we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for beautiful view, and great location to different natural attractions in surrounding area.

This was an incredible place to stay! It was perfect for a couples retreat. There was plenty of privacy, clean spaces, and comfortable furniture. The cabin is a premium getaway for people looking to get away from the noise and get a look at nature!

It was the perfect getaway location for our family! Very close to local attractions yet quiet and peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The cabin was comfortable and cozy and very well maintained. It felt like home! Thanks Andy for being such a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful week on Lake Arrowhead. This was an extended family vacation and we had 4 young children who must have spent 6-8 hours a day in the water. Because the house is located on a small cove, we were able to swim off the dock morning to evening. The lake is beautiful and the water warm and clear. We rented the pontoon boat for the week and were so happy we did. We used it often for fishing, exploring the lake, and dropping anchor in other coves to swim. Paddle boards, kayaks, fishing poles and a hot tub added to the fun. The house accommodated us well and the children loved their "cousin bedroom." We enjoyed the screen porch, especially in the mornings and evenings, and the furnishings were comfortable for everyone (the uppermost bedroom may be better suited to teens than an adult couple, but it worked). We found the kitchen and laundry room well stocked with everything we needed and the host friendly and helpful when we had questions. All in all, a great place!

Charming, spacious farm-style home on small pond. I hadn’t realized every time I stated how much I liked the house, my daughter’s bridal party made it their drinking game! Sorry Glenn thats why there is so many cans in your recycle bin! Absolutely delightful stay and highly recommend. Felt right at home.🙏👏

Really enjoyed our stay at Lazy River Cottage! Home was clean and orderly and exactly as described with plenty of room for our party of 5. We don't eat out much and prefer to cook our meals at the home so the full kitchen was much appreciated. Making use of the kayaks was a ton of fun. DeSoto Falls hiking trails and picnic area were easily accessible by a very short walk. This was a great home base to explore Mentone and Little River Canyon. 100% would book it again. Thanks so much for a great stay!

What a lovely home! The perfect place for my family to come together for a Holiday visit. It was a special trip and TJ's place made it perfect. We brought logs for the fireplace, watched deer in the evenings, had meals together, slept in great comfortable rooms - we are already talking about coming back in the summer and going out on the lake. Thank you TJ for a wonderful time.
