This home worked well for my husband and me! Our son who is a student at NW was able to stop in frequently because the location is close to campus. Super comfortable couch/cushions that turns into a bed if needed. Lots of pots and pans and utensil options in the kitchen, even a crock pot!! Close to several restaurants! Host was very responsive to questions! Would definitely stay again!

We loved the cottage and the beautiful lake! Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and our time here with family! Everything was clean and fresh!

We recently stayed in this charming old house for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The house was impeccably clean and spacious enough to comfortably host our family dinner. The kitchen was large enough to set up two folding tables for eight guests, while six others dined in the adjacent dining room. The bedrooms were cozy, though the lack of a closet in the main downstairs bedroom meant we used a second downstairs bedroom as a closet. The upstairs bedrooms worked well for our younger adults, though the steep and oddly spaced stairs made it clear that it’s better suited for nimble guests. One thing we missed when booking was that the house does not have a dishwasher, so we washed everything by hand after meals. Not a dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making our stay enjoyable. Overall, it was a relaxing and fun experience, and the quirks of the house added a bit of charm to our holiday memories. We’d recommend this home.

I stayed in Creston Iowa for work and felt right at home . Rebecca home was beautiful and it was so nice staying in a home vs hotel. I would highly recommend staying in her home.

This was our families 2nd stay, we were there 7 years ago, the play ground is new since then, everything was great both times!
