Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mornington Peninsula Shire

Had a fantastic time staying here with extended family. Very close to everything, but peaceful and quiet at the same time. My daughter loved the extra toys and the kombi bunk bed!

The home is so well set up for a weekend away, it has everything you could need. Blair was really responsive and helpful

Stayed for a night, John was so nice and friendly and so was Indy! though the room was small, it was definitely cozy and our furbaby enjoyed our stay as well. Location was superb being close to the beach and trails and many other activities to do.

The whole family had a great time at the Farm. Our 2 young kids loved the animals and play area. Be prepared for some very friendly chickens. Looking forward to another stay in such a beautiful location.

We absolutely loved our stay at Polperro Farmhouse. It was the perfect weekend escape with friends, I wish we had another couple of nights! We had a beautiful lunch at the winery and it was a nice stroll back to the house. The property is just beautiful, beds super comfy, kitchen and fridge well stocked too. Thanks for a great stay

Our family had a great stay. Lovely house, very clean, lots of amenities, very thoughtfully and tastefully laid out, comfortable beds and Abbey was so friendly and responsive. Totally recommend!

Our stay at Cloud Cottage was absolutely perfect! The house is on a beautifully quiet street with an unbelievable view. Jenny keeps the house incredibly clean and stocked with all of the necessities that you will need for your stay. I could not recommend an Air BnB more highly! We can not wait to visit again!

Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

John and Julie’s place was exactly what we needed for a short getaway. The place was compact and very well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed all the greenery surrounding the property. We were also very spoilt by Julie’s fantastic baked treats!

A gorgeous little garden flat with a separate lounge-area and a private courtyard, this was a lovely place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, and quiet too. About a half hr walk into the main streets of Sorrento, and a very short walk to some of the picturesque cliffs and rugged beaches. A beautiful part of the world!

My husband and spent a long weekend to remember at Cristine’s beautiful apartment. The location was easy to find, and it had everything to make for a comfortable stay. Very thoughtfully, Cristine has provided for all needs. We arrived to a lovely bottle of wine, some nibbles and breakfast ingredients ready to go. It is the perfect spot for a quite getaway overlooking gorgeous lawns, trees and hills.

Wonderful stay and within walking distance of the Mornington Main Street with plenty of food options and shopping. Freshly renovated and clean accommodation with all you need! Great outdoor area too!

Delightful place to stay for a few days and very convenient to our family's home. There was plenty of extras in the pantry and bathroom which was great. The sitting room was beautiful and so relaxing after a busy time during the day. Being such hot weather while we were there the pool was a welcome place to cool off. Great location close to shops and Canadian beach - a quiet family beach, was just down the road.

A very cozy cottage, clean and private! The garden and pool were gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The driveway was a bit too steep for us so we parked our car on the quiet street in front of the entrance. It is located only a short distance to the Rye shops or an 8-minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. Kerry and Rob are such welcoming host! From what to see and do to where to eat, they both did their very best to make my friends and I feel comfortable. I would say their house is photo shoot ready and insta worthy. Do take note that the hot water pipe in the bath(duh, ikr but still good to shout out) is hidden behind the shower curtains and will be hot to the touch. Kerry and Rob invited me into their cozy living room for a cuppa tea and the most invigorating chat that recharges me from a long day. Luann and I will be back when we come back with more friends to visit…!

We had a Fantastic Stay with Colin and Sandy who made us very welcome in their house over 2 nights away in Easter. The Communication between Colin and I before we arrive was excellent and their local knowledge was great too - in fact before we arrive Colin recommended 2 x Restaurants that actually took pre-bookings both of which were excellent. Bathroom was spotless and the Bed was comfy too - Breakfast was on a "help yourself basis" which we both liked the concept of. Thanks Colin and Sandy - I am sure that we will be back one day. Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future
