Well stocked cabin with a really nice indoor fireplace, ample cooking supplies and equipment, nice location, multiple areas for outdoor firepits or just sitting outside. The hot tub mixed with the cold air was really relaxing. Sarah and her husband were very communicative and attentive. This was a nice recharge for the weekend. I'd come back and recommend this location.

Enjoyed our stay! First time in Sedona - so didn’t know what to expect - chose this property for proximity to town - we did walk one day to our pink jeep tour and then to dinner & drinks. Great views - great location - quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the deck, fire table, and hot tub. Two couples traveling together. All agreed Great Stay!!! Responsive and accommodating hosts!

Everything was perfect, the cabin was beautiful. Our only complaint was with Rebecca, the supervisor. She was very rude and, according to what we said, left the cabin in unacceptable conditions of cleanliness. But if you check the photos, it's nothing that isn't included in the cleaning fee. I personally tried to keep the trash in one place and it was normal for us to use the towels, but what bothered me was the way he spoke to us. For me, his customer service is very low.

Beautiful home. Felt very comfrotable staying here. Sooo close to Flagstaff. Yhe host did great anlt responding to messages and letting me knownif something unexpected happened.

Absolutely loved Dirt!! Very private and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We also really liked staying a bit outside of Sedona in the Oak Creek area as still close to lots of good hikes and could avoid the crowds of Sedona. The hot tub was a great way to end the night after days of long hikes. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Such a great place to stay! Clean, updated and modern! Close to near by towns but far enough away to make you feel secluded. Comfortable and clean, such a great place to visit! I will be back for sure! Great host! One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! 10/10

This lovely (pet friendly) cabin was a perfect night's stop close to the Grand Canyon. The cabin is spotlessly clean, feels very spacious inside, has beautiful wordwork, and contains a very comfortable bed. The host was easy to communicate with and we would stay again.

My wife and I were very impressed with Erics A-Frame. The Interior and surrounding were just as described. Very comfortable. We had up to 18" of snow as we got there. Eric had people cleaning off the deck areas and the driveway for us. Very friendly area, the BBQ place owner let us park our car at her place down the hill. Because of the weather and roads, our (city-slicker) front wheel drive car couldn't get to the cabin. But the kids had a 4wheel drive. So it all worked out. With the snow, piling up outside, and the warm interior it was a wonderful stay with the family. We would definitely recommend Erics A-Frame Cabin to anyone who is interested in getting away from the city. In fact, we may rent it again in this summer and get some quads from down the street...........! Thanks Again Eric, it was an awesome experience............! Tom & Susie T (from Las Vegas)

Cozy cabin, conveniently located. Check-in was very simple. 3 spacious bedrooms.

Beautiful cabin. Lots of room for our family to enjoy. Plenty of space in kitchen. We played games inside and out. Enjoyed the different levels so everyone could spread out. We made beautiful memories.

We had a wonderful time! Really nice secluded cabin Only thing that would have made this place better was a bigger fire pit in the back yard.

We had an amazing time. Cabin felt right at home. We were surrounded by nature and had plenty of squirrels visiting! Host was very responsive and friendly. Beds were very comfy! Also lots of video games and arcade games to entertain your kids or your husband!

Wonderful stay at this family friendly home! Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and nice. The home had everything you would need to bring your family. Great communicative hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

I think beauty and peace best describe our stay at DMR. Arizona has so much to offer and this amazing quiet corner outside of Payson is quite something. Gino is an outstanding host and individual with so much knowledge of the land and history of, not only Mead Ranch but the entire area. Our cabin was very very comfortable and the envy of my coworkers after returning to work in January and sharing getaways. Gino also showed us the gorgeous renovation he is working on now, a 2nd cabin on the property - can not wait to see it completed in late spring, early summer. I will be a return customer, hands down. Absolutely Magical Stay! This charming cabin was everything we hoped for and more! Nestled among the tall pines, it felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle, yet it was just a short drive to downtown Prescott. The recent snowfall made our stay even more special—waking up to a blanket of fresh snow covering the trees was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the wrap-around deck, watching the snow gently fall, and cozying up by the propane fireplace in the evenings. The cabin itself is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen to a super comfortable bed. The natural light pouring in during the day made it feel warm and inviting, and the peaceful surroundings were perfect for relaxation. We also loved how close it was to hiking trails and Goldwater Lake—ideal for a little winter adventure! If you're looking for a peaceful, cozy, and romantic getaway, this is the place. We can't wait to come

My husband and I have stayed at this cabin twice and both times were worth the experience! It's close to trails and easy to get to the lake. Getting to town is easy and a short, but scenic drive. The hosts are responsive, very clear on instructions, and even provide recommendations on things to do, nearby.

The cabin was so adorable! We loved it! It was perfect for me & my husband on our little weekend getaway! It is in a great location! It is so beautiful and peaceful in Pine! We would definitely stay there again!

It was such a wonderful weekend getaway! Lyndell was a very communicative host and filled the house with lots of enjoyable amenities to make me and my family feel right at home! The decor is cozy and the fire pit on the deck is a great atmosphere for smores! Easy drive to and from town and we hope to stay there again in the future.

I would highly suggest staying here. The place is brand new and extremely comfortable, the location is perfect being only 10 mins from Williams and 50 mins from the Grand Canyon NP, and the space itself is really unique. If you scan the various barcodes in the room it shows you the history of the Grand canyon which is portrayed in the unit. For instance, each unit is modelled after the Phantom Ranch cabins in the canyon and the coffee table is modelled after the boats they used to traverse the canyon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Linda’s place. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful views off the covered patio. 10-15 minutes from all the dining and hiking options we were looking for. We enjoyed the living space layout so much we took pictures for our future build. We will be back.
