Gayle’s place was fantastic for my family of four. It was super comfortable, clean, and inviting. You can’t beat the beautiful views from basically anywhere in the neighborhood. This is a super quiet and peaceful place to stay. Gayle was a great host as well. Super proactive, friendly, and responsive. We would love to return for a couples trip next time!

A private hot tub is visible on the front deck, surrounded by a wooden railing. Scenic views of the Red Rock Mountains and trees are framed by the structure. Outdoor seating is available nearby, creating a serene space for relaxation.

The location was perfect! it was so nice to be able to walk to town and have all the hiking easily accessible as well. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and the hot tub was a perfect way to rejuvenate after the morning hike so that we could go out again for the afternoon. We would absolutely stay here again with our next visit to Sedona. Taylor and Trisha were super responsive to our questions and made our stay smooth.

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Great place to stay!! The only downside was that the pool is listed as heated when over 50 at night. But the sign at the pool says that this is NOT a heated pool. We did enjoy the hot tub both at the pool and the house though. Plenty of extra pillows and towels if needed. Soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Kitchen spices and oil were supplied. Great location, central to everything. Very quiet at night. The host is very responsive and it was overall a fantastic place to stay!!

We could not be happier with our stay. There was so much attention to detail, and it was clear that Kim had anticipated the needs of families on vacation. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had fantastic amenities. We really appreciated the guidebook and helpful tips posted all over the house. We would happily return!

this house was absolutely perfect for us. We were able to comfortably stay with our dogs and enjoy the house and the backyard when all the Flagstaff snow arrived! we already have our second trip booked here! Jaana was super communicative and a wonderful host to work with!

Uptown Vacation Villa with Spa & Incredible Views!

This was a great place to stay in Sedona and had all of the basic amenities you could need. It’s about a 10-15 minute easy walk to the old town Sedona area and you have multiple views of the Red Rocks. The space was clean, the bathrooms were modern and spacious and the kitchen was really nice. The only little thing we noted was there is not a built in stove/range for cooking but they provided a portable electric one to use. Overall it was a great stay and the hosts were super responsive. This is a guest house behind a normal sized house and while it felt very private, I felt it was worth mentioning you do share the lot with another building (separated by a fence almost the entire way). Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous! Host was friendly, very communicative, and provided detailed information. The location and home were perfect. Only a few minutes drive to everywhere we wanted to go; parking at ABnB was spacious and the mountain views from our unit were amazing (from inside the living room, or sitting out on the patio). Our unit's decor was beautiful and cozy. Would stay again, and definitely recommend a stay at this place.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was very peaceful and surrounded by nature. The short walk to the creek and red rocks was a perfect activity to do with our kids. It was also a short 10 minute drive to the main downtown area of Sedona. We will definitely return and will recommend this stay to all our friends. Thank you!

Very welcoming. We were treated with a basket for making s’more’s which was awesome! I think my favorite part was the addition of a couple baby items. There was a pack and play and a high chair that were great for my 5 month old. Felt like home, has a great porch and backyard for hanging out as well. Walking distance to all the down town amenities. When I return for another Grand Canyon trip this is the place I will book.

4 lifetime friends…we picked this beautiful house to stay in for 4 days. Just gorgeous! Clean, fresh, super comfortable beds/linens. The views from the bedrooms and large family room is the selling point! Spectacular! The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just about 10 minutes from downtown Sedona. Only complaints are house needs a full length mirror, some updated more comfortable couches as well as a working garage door opener. Otherwise, we highly recommend this most beautiful, pristine home nestled in the Red Rocks

I recently stayed in Sedona during the MTB Fest and had a great experience. The location is almost unbeatable. It’s super close to shops and restaurants (and a market) within walking distance, making it really convenient for everything we needed. The place itself is inviting, and once you're inside, you’ll almost never want to leave. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate 1 of our friends who showed up a little early, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the parking, which can be a bit tight and somewhat challenging, especially for larger vehicles, but it’s still doable. Some might find it a little tricky. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again, the location, the views, and great hosts make it totally worth it!

We loved Lee's place! The views were breathtaking and the house was perfect. The massage chair was an awesome touch and a perfect spot to park after a long day of either mountain biking, hiking, UTVing, climbing, playing pickleball, etc. Google maps made it easy to find Lee's place and the lights were on outside the house when we arrived. His house is near the top of a hill and following the directions might seem confusing (some one-lane roads up the hill), but the views are so worth it. We stayed a week and encountered very little traffic so it was not an issue. His place was well-stocked with everything we needed - including plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and some dish and clothing detergent too. (For 4 guys.) Would love to come back! March was the perfect time of year.

Joel's place was the nicest Airbnb my friends and I have stayed in. Beautifully appointed, kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking, even had spices, olive oil and vinegar and coffee and teas. Bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the hot tub and sauna were wonderful amenities after hiking. Loved the plush towels and lovely soaps, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The living room was a cozy place to hang out, with room for a dining room table that was just right for the three of us. I highly recommend Joel's place, and would stay again.

Our stay at the Enchanted Cottage was delightful. This place is full of character and unique personality. There was plenty of space for our family of six. Our kids especially loved the fairy door decor found throughout the rooms. Every inch is custom built with flair for a fun effect. Plus, Payson is close by to Mesa and Phoenix. It's a great value to stay in such a beautiful area.

This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We were treated like family, and would recommend this beautiful home to all! The communications were perfect and friendly with recommendations for everything. It was awesome to actually meet PJ one of our hosts, which we could have spoken with all day. We will for sure meet Sandy on our next trip has she was a doll to deal with, making sure everything was perfect, before, during and after our stay. The description of this home was awesome but a true understatement… BEAUTIFUL!!! Future visitors will not be disappointed… Best hospitality we have ever had….

This home is such a beautiful gem. It gives the feeling of being at your favorite family member's home. Lots of space, well insulated, very clean, and filled with the lingering love their family shared there before .This is the first air bnb that I plan to return to because of its location, charm, and frankly how nice it is. Extra credit for comfy beds and real furniture!! Be sure to check out the beautiful stories and recommendations in their guest books!

This place far exceeded expectations. The kitchen is kitted out with modern, high end equipment. As is the laundry facilities. We sre a family of 5 adults, and we all found this place to be very comfortable and spacious. The attention to detail is stunning. One of the more practical features is inbuilt USB charging. There is also a dedicated work space on the landing upstairs. It would be the most perfect place to stay for a winter getaway. If we didn't live all the way down in NZ, we'd be back for every season!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying a El Rancho. Great location and accommodations for our family trip with beautiful view and close to Snowbowl. Mass was very responsive and helpful. Overall, great Flagstaff spot!
