Jorge is very attentive. The place is ideal for resting and disconnecting. It has everything you need for a weekend break with your pet.

Shepherd's place is amazing! In addition to the wonderful view, the most beautiful sunsets/sunrises... Shepherd will give you an experience beyond what you expect, between walks through the village and its history, mountain walks, temazcal. As for its place, it's quite cozy, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean. You will not regret visiting such a magical place and in the right space for it in Amatlán!

They are all very friendly and helpful, the facilities are in constant maintenance and the food is exquisite.

The common areas are very nice. The manager and the rest of the hotel staff are extremely attentive, friendly and respond directly to any needs or setbacks. Highly recommended.

That place, we had an amazing time as a family. The house is super-equipped, it has everything in the kitchen. The attention of the hosts Leo and Mariela was incredible, they were attentive at all times, we never lacked anything and they always supported us with everything we requested. Lupita's house is more spacious and better equipped than what you see in the photos! All its rooms have a bathroom and that makes them perfect for hosting several families. In addition, the pool and jacuzzi have hot water, which makes a difference for children and adults to have fun all day. The beds are very comfortable and having the subdivision square so close gives the location a plus. If you need something, you'll surely find it there. I was also surprised by the variety of amenities in the house, as they are superior to those I have seen in other Airbnbs. Not to mention that its check-in and check-out times allow you to enjoy full days! Finally, I suggest hiring Marina to make your stay more comfortable. She is very kind and helps you with the cleaning and cooking so you don't have to worry about a thing. I would definitely stay at Lupita's house again, I highly recommend it!

The house is phenomenal. Everything was ready, clean and impeccable. There is plenty of space to spend time together and everything is super comfortable. Angeles is an attentive and very flexible host. She was in touch and attentive to what we needed the whole time. Finally, the pool is the most incredible thing about this house. It's huge, it's a good temperature, it's not cold or hot, it's the perfect temperature. I would definitely stay here again with my whole family.

The place is very nice with a wonderful view of the lake, comfortable bedrooms and functional bathrooms, a very spacious kitchen to prepare food for large groups and very easy to find access to the place, good location by the lake.
