bonjour Very nice house; well located on a very quiet street and 150m from the port, 30m from the shopping street. A small courtyard well equipped with garden furniture is at the back where one can rest in peace, store bicycles. The rooms are charming and the bedding is very comfortable. A small downside; in the living room 2 sofas are not very comfortable, they should be replaced according to the person who received us. Available, books, DVDs... In short, a nice stay. We'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises. Friendships with Isabelle and Mne Heurtel who welcomed us very warmly.

Accommodation right next to the pier and close to all amenities. Ideal for putting down your luggage and exploring Belle-Ile. The accommodation is very nice

We recommend Jean-Michel's Breton penty where we were hosted very well. Jean-Michel is very nice, accommodating and takes the time to give advice. The strategic location allows you to visit the Gulf, the Bay of Quiberon, the Etel estuary without difficulty. The accommodation is typical of Brittany, well furnished and you will find everything you need for a stay!

Very well located house in the center of Batz between the beach and the train station that matches Wilfried's description. Numerous activities for children organized by the tourist office for holidays. We had a good time.

We had a great stay. Ultra responsive host and impeccable hospitality with great tips on things to do and visit. We were able to do almost everything by bike from the house (Vannes, Gulf tour, Chateau de Suscinio, shopping etc...) Very quiet house, charming little garden, very warm with all the amenities you need in it. Thanks Christophe!

Stéphane's place is amazing. And so is Stéphane. Such a beautiful, spacious and bright place. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. And in an amazing location. We knew nothing about Quiberon. It's beautiful, with great shops and restaurants and an amazing beach, all within just a minute or two's walk from the house. And Stéphane's incredibly warm welcome made us feel instantly relaxed after a long drive. Couldn't have been better. Merci á vous, Stéphane.

Very accommodating, kind, and considerate host. The setting was pretty, quiet, remote. We have shops nearby, and we loved Brittany. We can't wait to go back because we can't wait to see, a week isn't enough. Thanks again for our soothing stay!

We are delighted with our weekend in this home. We were able to walk to the center of Vannes. This place has a nice living room and a terrace where you can have a good time. We just encountered a problem with the sofa which was stuck and difficult to unfold, a bed would have been more pleasant to sleep on. We recommend this place without worries.

We had a great time at Frédéric's. The place was very good, the bedding comfortable, and the location ideal in relation to the Palace. Note that a car is more convenient for the stay, but everything that was available in the accommodation was perfect.

2 night stay in January for family of 8 adults. Very good heating. Great location, charm of Auray in St Goustan, many beautiful shops and lively harbor with restaurants. Quiet pedestrian street (vehicle access in front of the house before free parking nearby). "Family home" with plenty of space, oak parquet, very cozy atmosphere, enclosed veranda and spacious rooms distributed over 2 levels. Impeccable sanitation and large kitchen, well-equipped for tasty preparations. All this helps to facilitate the meeting while maintaining everyone's autonomy, which we greatly. Excellent bedding. It's a very nice place with many assets that you need to discover on the listing. We thank Stéphanie for her welcome, kindness and availability. Recommendation +++++ A good point in Auray, for the florist Stéphane and the chocolate pastry shop next door!
