Pleasant accommodation in a very good location with multiple hikes nearby. 15 minutes away from Pont Aven very well decorated during Christmas.

We had a great time, the house is cozy and nice. The veranda area and hot tub call for relaxation. Many books and games allowed us to keep the kids busy. The environment is very quiet. Finally Gwenola gave us great tips based on what we wanted to do, which is very nice.

Very good stay with Marie. The house is very well equipped, as described. The location near Sainte Barbe Beach is great. We love it!!

Very nice house in a very good location for visiting the region. The environment is very relaxing and the sea is a 2-minute walk. Well-equipped house and comfortable bedding. Only one downside: the difficulty of adjusting the heating, and a slightly cool temperature despite the heat pump. I recommend this property!

Great place to enjoy the sea: pretty beach a few minutes walk away! Well designed, well-appointed, very clean accommodation, with tourist proposals nearby, and leisure equipment (snowshoes and tennis balls and ping pong, with court and table reserved for the private hamlet). Anita is very warm in her communication, accommodating and responsive. It was perfect!

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

House as described, Perfect stay in this house very well suited to families. Very comfortable, warm and super well equipped! a small fireplace upon our arrival, the hot tub very appreciated after the walks by the sea on the accessible trails, close to the house. Excellent communication with stephane, available and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

We had a lovely stay in a quiet studio, very well located at the foot of the ocean with beautiful sunsets, facing the beach and from the hiking trails. Shops are nearby, and the secure residence, the studio is clean and well-equipped, the bedding is very comfortable. Nicolas was very responsive and flexible. We recommend it.

Laurent's place was well appointed, generously sized and had a wonderful location right on the small beach of Kervoyal. The view of the sea is incomparable! Laurent was always quick to respond to messages and gave friendly tips. It was a perfect vacation all around!

Very pleasant stay at Frédérique's. The house is ideally placed to crisscross the island and enjoy the few restaurants open in this season. It is very well-equipped and tastefully furnished. Recommended rental without the shadow of a hesitation.

Wonderful house, and even more beautiful view! The perfect place to gather as a family, cook with all the necessary utensils available, and rest with very comfortable bedding. We were very well received by Pierre, who gave us tips on the many walks to do in the area. Recommended without a second thought!

We are regulars of Penthièvre and, as usual, had a great time there. The kitchen in the accommodation is particularly well equipped and allowed us to cook at home. The location of the accommodation is ideal for swimming, walking, paddling, admiring the sunsets ... and all without taking the car! An exceptional place for all water sports, both on the ocean side and on the bay side. It's just a goodbye.
