We felt right at home at Casa EI. The house, with a modern and rural style renovation, is small and charming but very comfortable and cozy, super well equipped and with all the details to make your stay easier. Both the accommodation and the village, which we already frequent, are well worth it if what you are looking for is tranquility and a beautiful village and landscape close to many places of interest in the Marina Alta region. A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

Our group of 12 had a lovely time at Anne's place. The house was beautiful, and had everything we needed for a great stay. When we encountered a problem, Anne was quick to respond and super helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Fantastic location, pictures do not do this villa the justice it deserves. Villa was perfect in every way, couldn’t fault it one bit, everything you need and more for a perfect stay. Pool was great also, already looking forward to returning. Host was great, met us at check in, which we felt was a great personal touch. Shown us around and give us any info we needed. Was always on call if needed. Thanks so much for a perfect stay 😊

Would recommend to anyone, clean, tidy, felt comfortable and at ease. Couldn't make the best use of the outside facilities but it was February. Maria was excellent with communications, very responsive and positive information. Lovely, thank you.

we had a fantastic time at Javier 's apartment. we would recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever and found Javier easy to contact at short notice, and also very helpful.

We have had a very enjoyable stay. Razvans home is as per the description and lovely place to spend a family holiday. Lots of space to enjoy tje summer days and nights. Air conditioning works a treat and it was nice to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The apartment is close to everything you need without using a car. Thank you for letting us stay.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

The apartment is very beautiful and modern, it is very well equipped, we have everything we need, moreover the neighbors do not make any noise, the airco is present in all the bedrooms except the kitchen and the bathroom the only drawback is the 4 floors to go up with the suitcases but it's doable, the host is very friendly and responds quickly

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Lots of of bars, restaurants and shops. Only 1 minute to the beach. Patrica was a very good host, communicated everything and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

I can't recommend Hanys aptartment enough. perfect location near the strip. Beautiful view. short stroll to the beach. Hany is the perfect host. friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed. I'd definitely buse Hanys place again.

We stayed with Julia and Javier in October 2024 after 2023. We were very warmly welcomed and had a very nice time again. Great are the sunrises, the restaurants nearby and the connection to Alicante city. We will be happy to come back.
