Waterfront vacation rentals in Mora

The place is just magical! The house is beautiful and very spacious. There is a lovely garden with direct access to the lake. We could even borrow the boat for a nice ride on the lake. The place is very quiet but there are a lot of things to explore in the area. We had a great time - everything was perfect!

Had a lovely stay in Anna’s house! It’s privately located, with gorgeous views and evening sun. The house is well equipped with everything you need.

Lena and Thore are incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Their charming wooden house is nestled in a picturesque natural setting. We visited during the snowy season when temperatures dipped to around -16°C. The nearby lake was frozen, and the sunrise and sunset views were simply breathtaking. Initially, I was apprehensive about driving my 2008 Honda Civic on the winter roads. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the neighborhood roads were well-maintained with cleared snow and a layer of small stones for excellent grip. Of course, safe driving practices are always essential. Lena and Thore were very attentive hosts. äThey diligently maintained the property, ensuring easy accessibility by clearing the surrounding snow. Their thoughtfulness extended to sharing their children's snow vehicle with my 5-year-old, which was a delightful surprise. We deeply appreciate the wonderful experience. My famil enjoyed our stay and we hope to visit again, perhaps during a pleasant summer.

Susanne place was amazing! I spent 3 nights there by the lake and everything was just perfect. I felt welcome and the experience was great from the beginning to end. Stig, our host was very accommodating and he helped us settled in and was fast to respond. He's also a very nice person to talk to. The place is very private and has everything you need to have a great experience.

Nice and comfortable old house. There are books and films for children, toys and table games. The Living Room is very comfortable and welcoming. There is everything you may need. During winter the staircase between the first and second floor is not heated, but that was not an issue. Quiet surrounding area, a lot of possibilities in the region.

We thought it was fantastic to stay in this beautiful red cottage. We slept there for three nights and will definitely be back (the surroundings are really so beautiful, then three days are too short!). The only mini point that we had a little more trouble with was the shower, perfect for washing yourself, but with three small children there was sometimes a lack of space. Nothing insurmountable, as I wrote, we'll be back anyway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! It was quite beautiful and a very cozy cabin! They left helpful instructions on how to drive up to the place - very helpful that the pictures of the cabin were identical to the cabin so we could match them that way! An amazing stay!

A nice and well-groomed cottage, quiet and peaceful. Cute sink but in the smallest layer.

My boyfriend and I spent a week at Lina's. She and her family are really nice and respectful, communication with Lina was always very easy and fast. The flat has everything you need and is very cosy. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a television with which you can do screen sharing, and everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom has a window and was also very cleaned. The flat is near Mora center, just 5/10 min walk and you can reach restaurants, cafes, grocery and also tourist attractions. Nevertheless, the place is very quiet. Perhaps you should bear in mind, that being a basement, the ceiling is not very high for tall people. In addition, you could hear the children playing upstairs. However, the ambience is so cosy and Lina's family so nice, it is absolutely worth it!! If we are in Mora again, we will definitely check for Lina’s place again.
