Detailed instructions covered this home’s many features. Hard to imagine a better place to relax, celebrate and enjoy with family and/or friends, and the price is right.

Beautiful setting for this upscale and comfortable yurt. Easy drive to downtown Paonia and Hotchkiss. George was a great host who told the story behind building the yurt and encouraged us to explore the rest of the property.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Oakley's oasis was very cozy with a beautiful jacuzzi tub and comfortable bed. The lodge area and amenities were great. Paonia is a wonderful place to visit and we will absolutely return to this place.

Absolutely beautiful! If you are looking for the true Colorado getaway this is your place. The cabin is well stocked, just bring food and clothes. Enjoyed our coffee on the front deck watching the sunrise. I would be happy right there the rest of my life. Our favorite airbnb we have ever stayed in! Just book it, you wont be disappointed!

We loved our stay at this cabin to visit the nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. We ate breakfast at the cafe the next morning and highly recommend the breakfast burrito with green chiles in it. There’s a stream out back and got a glimpse of the sheep on the other side which was so fun to see! We also fell in love with Marmalade the cat in the cafe. We didn’t get service out there, but there was free WiFi and we brought games and books to occupy ourselves knowing service might be spotty. It was nice to get away from technology for a bit anyways. We would definitely recommend and we would stay again!!

We had a great time at the cabin it was very peaceful and relaxing out there! We didn't want to leave! Kerstin was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

Stunningly beautiful Colorado mountain scenery right in the backyard. The cabin was beautiful, well appointed and well kept. Such a sweet setup with so much to do and see especially for outdoor enthusiasts. You can drive the mountain roads, hike, fish or just sit on the porch and gawk at the amazing “back yard”. Highly recommend this place!!

Had a great time - location is peaceful and quiet along the Uncompahgre River. Just 60 minutes away from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, trails in and picnics in the Cimarron's, San Juans and local sites. Great farmers' markets in Montrose, Ridgway, Delta.

The views at Kelly's are gorgeous in all directions, and there are so many nature-based activities around! Very cozy cabin and easy to stay with dogs and a baby, and spending time with her horses was a pleasure. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Amy’s place in Montrose! The house was quiet and conveniently located, which made getting around easy. My sons had a blast playing with sticks for hours in the huge yard — it was great to have so much space for them to explore. Even with our large family, there was plenty of room for some quiet morning time, which made the whole trip feel more relaxing. After a busy, jam-packed weekend, it was comforting to come back to such a peaceful home base. Highly recommend for anyone needing a quiet, family-friendly spot!

a private, quiet, comfortable, warm place on a beautiful snowy day with a spacious kitchen with enough equipment to cook. The days went by so quickly, I was delighted. I would return without thinking about it for longer. Jason was always on the lookout when I sent him a message to have information about any question. He answered very quickly.

So grateful for this option while we build our small spot in paonia. Would be difficult to do without folks like Sandy! 🙏 and she lets us come with our enormous dogs! 🐶
