Vacation rentals in Montroi

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

To do justice to the house, I would have to write a novel. In short: the house is amazing! The outdoor area is also wonderful and generous. The outdoor shower was unexpected but spectacular. The beach equipment is more than sufficient. The kitchen had really nice dishes and plenty of them. The barbecue was a nice surprise. I would like to give 10 stars if possible. We are very grateful to the owners for providing this extraordinary property to us. It was the best we've experienced so far.

A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

Very comfortable, clean, and modern. This Airbnb had the most comfortable bed and nicest bedding I’ve come across in such accommodations. Alboraia is far outside the center of Valencia, but is a calm beach community walkable the La Malvarossa, El Cabanyal, and the Marina. You can access the center via bus or taxi. The garage parking space is tight, but there’s plentiful parking just outside, which we used.

We were extremely comfortable in Agnes’ lovely villa. Great location for the Orba/Jalon valleys, sandy beaches, Ondara shopping, and Dénia town. The views are amazing! Agnes was a very welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended :-)

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The whole apartment was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated the terrace where you can enjoy afternoon sun and easily go to a calm and well-maintained pool area. Good garage for parking. The neighborhood was really peaceful and the center is within walking distance.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

Everything was perfect! Accommodation of impeccable cleanliness with all the essentials for a great stay (hygiene products, towels, coffee and condiments). The living room is very large and comfortable to stay in. The master bedroom with its private bathroom is fine. The other two bedrooms also have a bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway. Perfect welcome, Magda is an extraordinary kindness. Air conditioning is in the hallway that gives access to the bedrooms. It allows you to spend a night in the cool which is very nice with the heat. The views are simply beautiful! The garage next to the apartment with the private space is a real plus even if we had no worries about parking in front of the apartment. Perfect value for money! We will come back without hesitation!

Very nice quiet place with stunning view. 15 min by car to sea, 10 min to market. Joerg and Elvira were excellent hosts who provided great support with any questions regarding the house. They were always responsive and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay.

Mary’s place was wonderful with spectacular views of the beach and sea. The house was very spacious and was exactly as listed. It was a little expensive but we had the choice whether to book or not and it was a house with space for many people and there were only two of us. We went off season and it was so peaceful but not sure what it would be like in the summer. It was a little further from the centre of Valencia than we realised but there’s a train station in the town which has plenty of cheap trains (a multi use day return for buses, metro and trains for seniors was €4 each for the day!!). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Mary’s place again, if only for the views.
