Sara was a great host. We had a great stay and enjoyed all the house had to offer. We would love to stay again.

The house was very accommodating. Was bigger than I was able to envision from the pictures. I would definitely recommend and would come stay again. Hosts were very responsive to all questions.

After Xmas get together with extended family. I think 7 bedrooms total, every room but 2 had king size beds. So spacious and just fun in its decor. The dining table sat 6 but has expanders to easily fit 10. Greg made sure we had enough chairs, plates and utensils to accommodate all of us. Even provided 4 tv trays for additional eating space. This is a quaint and quiet neighborhood; extremely charming so we were able to take walks and enjoy the outdoor scenery as well. Too cold to enjoy the pool it looks like it would be fun in warmer weather. Greg was very responsive; offered a great selection of restaurants to try and places to see.

I was very impressed with the house. Everything was spotless and looked as the pictures posted online. I would definitely rent this home again.

A perfect home for family gatherings. A fantastic great room for lounging. Very peaceful setting in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Lot's of space. Large dining room table. Open layout. We'll have to rent this home in the summer when the pool can be used. Just what the doctor ordered! Thank you Pam!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and very convenient to downtown Nashville.

Cozy space, close to restaurants. Comfortable king bed and clean bathroom. The heat pump wasn't working the first night but Nealy called a repair company the next morning. Would come back for sure!

Nat and Josh were great host very responsive and attentive.. Great host with a great place to stay very clean perfectly located I’d say a breath of fresh air.. the deers in the photo are real and we got to see them often.. would definitely stay again and recommend anyone to stay in their BNB anytime..

Great location, house was clean, backyard was fenced and great for a dog, neighborhood was quiet and safe, driving distance to many businesses.

This was a wonderful house to stay in! The house itself is beautiful with excellent bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. The yard is fully fenced which my dogs thoroughly enjoyed. You’re located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and anything you could need is nearby. I would stay here again anytime!

Perfect little house to relax in for a couple days!!

I had a good experience staying at Troy and Tammy’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal, with great local shops and restaurants within the area. I appreciated the little touches like fresh towels and coffee available upon arrival. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This house was perfect for what we needed. It was in close location to family, had ample space to accommodate what we needed, and had a nice fence for our pup to enjoy the large space after our long travel. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful too!

Roots Run Deep was exactly what we needed for our stay in Clarksville over the holidays. It's in a quiet area but less than 15 minutes away from the main thoroughfares of Clarksville. The property was very easy to find and easily accessible thanks to Richard's clear instructions. It was also exactly as photographed and described, extremely neat and clean, and well stocked with supplies for using the provided amenities. Overall, staying at Roots Run Deep was a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a quiet area off the beaten path.

Had a good time staying at Chandler’s place to visit family for the holidays! It’s a very clean house and the rooms were very comfortable. There’s not a ton of decoration in the living room/dining room but we preferred that as our 1.5 year old would have gotten into everything. We would stay here again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing, and private place this is your spot. April provided clear instructions and even gave us a bunch of recommendations for things to do in the area. Very clean and cute house with all essentials you will need. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Home was easy to find, plenty of parking space, easy to remember access code. Inside was pretty much as the photos showed, recently renovated, neat & tidy, nice amenities. Particularly worth mention: clean and nice quality linens/towels, beds were comfortable with enough pillows and warm duvet. Bathrooms were clean and the nice quality toiletries available were a plus. We were able to make coffee and toast every morning before heading out and the whole place was very cozy. Will likely book again when we are in town.

Initially had a hard time with the lock however the host responded right away. Place is as pictured. Lovely home. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Everything was provided as described in the listing. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Great value, nice neighborhood. Highly, highly recommended. 10/10
