The apartment is comfortable and very lovely. The kitchen is very functional and it is a beautiful space for sharing. The two large beds are very comfortable.

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment always as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu nailed me to bed as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. Thank you for that.

My husband is I come two or three times a year to Mortagne for our work for 18 years. Finally, we found the perfect place for both of us. The apartment is very well organized and spacious and the decor is tasteful. Everything is very clean. The towels are quality. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. And the Wifi is excellent which is very important to us. In addition, there is parking in the courtyard. The apartment is very well located in the city. We can leave the car and walk to the city center which is nearby. There's no doubt we'll be back the next time we're in Mortgane.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

Spacious house with many bedrooms, great games room and lovely garden. We had such a lovely time here. Sandrine communicated quickly and was very nice & helpful.

We stayed at Barbara`s to attend the 24 hour race at Le Mans. It was perfect for this because the property had it`s own entrance and we could let ourselves in and out without troubling our host. There was a nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the evening. Spacious rooms and nicely furnished with coffee machine and microwave oven. Everything that we needed.

You want a safe haven to rest. Friendly and caring guests. A very well equipped and comfortable cottage. With, not too far away, many places to visit. And in addition a beautiful indoor pool to cool off and relax. Don't hesitate, it's here!

Very good stay at Soufiane's. House as advertised, spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped in every room (shower and spa bath, everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of board games/comics/toys/video games, TV/sound/multimedia corner +++ etc.) Clear check-in instructions. Responsive host for help or questions. Ideally, favorable weather is preferred to be able to enjoy the outdoors in front of and behind the house.

A peaceful oasis! Quiet and peaceful, the accommodation is very large and suitable for a family, all the amenities are available "you feel at home" nothing is missing! Exactly as in the photos and the description “I would even say better” it is impeccable nothing to say. Severine was attentive and available, I thank her for her patience and responsiveness! Celine's house is perfect for a family vacation. For children, garden, pool, and bathroom with bathtub (as well as two very cuddly cats). For parents peace and quiet, walks in the surrounding countryside. Very small downside: the garden is not totally enclosed - beware of the little ones escapes! Celine was also welcoming and responsive. We recommend!

You can go out so much as a second thought! The apartment is splendid and very well arranged with all the comforts you have at home. Thanks to Patrick for hosting.

Beautiful modern apartment, very spacious, well-decorated, super clean. We are a family of 4 (two teenage boys) and this apartment was perfect for us, plenty of space, great kitchen, all needed amenities. It's in a good location, walkable throughout Alencon, and easy parking on the street out front. We have an electric car, and there are two supermarkets in town with high speed chargers, so we just charged the car while we did grocery shopping so it was very convenient. Alencon is cute, but not a huge amount to see in the town itself. It was a base for us for going to Le Mans 24 Hour Circuit museum and then up to the D-Day landing beaches/museums, so a good location in between those. Only one note about the apartment: if you are someone who goes to bed early, ie. around 10:30pm, then be prepared for noise from the street. In the apartment you can hear everything happening on the street below and at night it was a bit loud for sleep. Overall, thoroughly recommend!
