Caroline’s apartment is spacious, clean and well maintained, with a full range of modern appliances. It’s in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk from the tram and an excellent Boulangerie (go there for breakfast) and just a few minutes more on to the Circuit de La Sarthe. Caroline was communicative and responsive throughout the booking process and welcoming during our stay. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Second stay at Émilie's, apartment still as clean and pretty. Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy anything this time because the flu kept me bedridden as soon as I arrived, but Émilie was extremely understanding and accommodating to help me as much as possible. I thank her for that.

My husband and I have been coming to Mortagne two or three times a year for our work for 18 years. Finally we found the perfect place for both of us. The apartment is very well organized and spacious and the decor is tasteful. Everything is very clean. The towels are of high quality. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. And the WiFi is excellent which is very important to us. Plus there's parking in the yard. The apartment is very well located in the city. You can leave the car and walk to the city center which is very close. There's no doubt we'll be back next time we're in Mortgane.

We stayed at Christine's apart to break up our journey to the Dordogne and we're so impressed that we had to book the apartment for the return journey, again we had a lovely stay and Christine was again so lovely, I would recommend anyone travelling to or through Le Mans to stay here.

A very good flexible welcome by Emilie & Benjamin who are very friendly. In the middle of nature with the wood burning stove since we went there in winter. Everything went well and our hosts were attentive and present in case of problems to light the fire or otherwise. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature. Close to the Domaine de la Pescheray and not far from Le Mans. I recommend these very welcoming hosts.

Spacious house with many bedrooms, great games room and lovely garden. We had such a lovely time here. Sandrine communicated quickly and was very nice & helpful.

A great stay at a great place. Spotless and bed linen was very soft and of good quality. We used it as a stop of on our motorbike tour in which we used the garage- which was great. 100% would recommend.

First experience with AirBnb, Pauline was great, she answered my questions with kindness. The accommodation is easy to find, parking space nearby. Clean and functional accommodation, which makes you want to go back!

A peaceful oasis! Quiet and peaceful, the accommodation is very large and suitable for a family, all amenities are available "you can feel at home" nothing is missing! Celine's house is perfect for a family vacation. For children, garden, pool, and bathroom with bathtub (as well as two very cuddly cats). For parents peace and quiet, walks in the surrounding countryside. Very small downside: the garden is not totally enclosed - beware of the little ones escapes! Celine was also welcoming and responsive. We recommend!

Exceptional setting. A little slice of heaven, we take it all in. My daughter was thrilled to spend a night in this dreamy place. We're in an authentic, simple, and comfortable space. We plan to go back and can't wait to be there. ONCE IN A LIFETIME.

The Appartment was perfect and Jonathan communicated very quickly and efficiently, the place was very well situated for bars and restaurants and parking was right outside the door. Very well equipped place with wonderful showers and very well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend and I hope to return.
