Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

David's place is the perfect location for a family getaway or a group of families. The list of things to do is well above what i would normally expect. The swimming pool is bigger than it looks in the photo and the kids didnt run out of things to do on days when they chilled out at home. The only downsides are only 2 bathrooms and one of the rooms is only accessible through one of the others, although based on how many things there are to do, you wont spend much time inside them. Its a real treasure of a listing and great value for money too. The kids didnt want to leave, when I asked one of them to rate this out of 5, they said "6 million".

Celine is a thoughtful, available and kind host. In particular, it was able to offer us flexibility regarding our arrival and departure times or find a solution to a small problem with the accommodation. The environment is a real rural paradise. A real immersion in a farm that made the children happy. The house is very cozy and the outdoor infrastructure perfectly suitable for children. We recommend eyes closed to Celine's farm.

Lovely place, located in the countryside, perfect for disconnecting. Very well arranged and equipped, we did not miss anything. The dogs were able to enjoy the garden and got to know the 2 donkeys. We particularly appreciate the pellet stove in the cool evenings. Thanks again!

Very spacious and comfortable accommodation, ideal for a group of people (family or friends). The garden area is beautiful and very quiet. We are happy to come back to continue discovering this beautiful region

We had a lovely stay. The children were able to participate in the milking of the cows, they loved it. Our dog loved the farm dog. No one wanted to leaveanymore!

And 20/10 The second stay in the accommodation and we always leave as satisfied with my family and me:) The place is impeccable!! We'll be back for sure. This is an endrojt where we plan to stay with me and my family at least once a year every year! I recommend it with my eyes closed. Thanks again!

Very nice little house in the countryside close to Nogent.

We booked this house for a family weekend of 3 adults and 4 teenagers, the 4 bedrooms allowed everyone to sleep in excellent conditions. Alain and Ingrid are extremely friendly and accommodating and their house is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. We had decorations and a Christmas tree that made their little effect. Absolutely divine this house as much as nature surrounding it, comfortable, welcoming, fully equipped, beautiful garden in front of a small pond, if you are an early riser, take the opportunity to see deer, foxes, rabbits and libs as well as to hear the last "good night" of the owls (hibous) perched in the huge circle of trees around. I will thank our super welcoming hosts again for their kindness and flexibility. In winter and summer, spending days here, surrounded by nature, is rather healer too ("Lonely Hearts Club Band" - listen up!).

very pleasant family stay at Virginia's, everyone found their account from the largest to the smallest. outdoor games, billiards, very nice fireplace, well equipped with dishes and pots. In addition it's pretty without being precious, you feel comfortable.

Very nice meeting with Julien and his family, availability, attention, joie de vivre, humility and simplicity of relationships. A little plus the guided tour of the mansion with its history since the construction in connection with the history of the region. Very nice experience, we will come back and recommend. If Nogent-Le-Rotrou is not at first a fantasy destination for the holidays, the Joly wood deserves an extended stay!! Beautiful walks in the surroundings with beautiful forests and a return to the always delicious mansion trailer...

Great host. I wanted tranquility and calm, added to that the pool and it was pristine. Me and my kids were very happy.

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

The place matches the description, no surprises! Many games are available (for children and for large billiards and ping pong types). We were also able to witness the milking of cows which has bcp more for us! The space was VERY clean and large enough for everyone to have their own space, ideal for a family reunion! The environment is VERY quiet in the middle of the countryside, very pleasant for relaxing. We recommend this place! And thank you to the host!

Elise was very welcoming. The property is almost attached to her house. For star lovers, the gite is in an unobstructed location with no light pollution. In the morning, going down on Sillé le Guillaume, there was still snow from the day before, we would have thought in the middle mountain with the snowy landscapes. Very nice area.

We had three lovely days at Belforêt en perche at the end of our holiday. We were greeted on arrival and talked through all of the basics for the property then left to it but we always felt we could get in touch if we needed to. Jean-Paul was a great communicator and we’d have no hesitation in staying here again.
