We spent an unforgettable week with my friends in Mr. Pascal's house to celebrate Christmas, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! The house was beautifully decorated for the occasion, which made our stay even more special. Mr. Pascal was an exceptional host, offering us delicious cheeses and wines from the region, an attention that reflects all his hospitality. The house was in perfect condition, very clean and fully equipped: a full kitchen, comfortable bed linen, toys for children, and even everything you need for a good barbecue! Mr. Pascal himself maintained the heated pool every morning, which allowed us to enjoy it in ideal conditions. One day, a power outage affected the area, but it immediately responded by providing us with candles and equipment like a gas oven. Luckily, the electricity came back quickly. Very pleasant accommodation, spacious and well arranged and well-equipped. Ideal for a family weekend with its garden and hut swings as well as the large spa. Vanessa is a very responsive host however I did not need to contact her the instructions were clear and there was everything he needed in the accommodation.

As usual, everything went very well during our weekend at Arnaud's. The house is great, Arnaud is very nice. Winter wkd with friends by the fire with a hot tub as a bonus, at the top! Thank you very much!

Very good family stay with our children and grandchildren. There were 12 of us. We immediately felt at home in the cozy and well-equipped house. Everyone found their own space. Good bedding. Well equipped kitchen. Well heated. The weather was mediocre so we weren't able to enjoy the exteriors well. But we were able to visit Chartres very easily ..The garden is a little too fenced, no view of the surrounding nature ( very beautiful ). Children can't play well in the garden . We had a nice weekend on November 11th.

Great stay at Carole's. Widely recommended for a weekend with friends. We spent three days enjoying the many sports activities available directly on the grounds, ending the day with a well-deserved good rest around the pool or in the spa. We spent little time in the house but it was very well equipped and comfortable. Going to go karting close to the house to finish in style on weekends. In short, really great for a weekend with friends /sports family and yawning

David's place is the perfect location for a family getaway or a group of families. The list of things to do is well above what i would normally expect. The swimming pool is bigger than it looks in the photo and the kids didnt run out of things to do on days when they chilled out at home. The only downsides are only 2 bathrooms and one of the rooms is only accessible through one of the others, although based on how many things there are to do, you wont spend much time inside them. Its a real treasure of a listing and great value for money too. The kids didnt want to leave, when I asked one of them to rate this out of 5, they said "6 million".

Thanks to Pauline for this little relaxing moment in a quiet and pleasant environment. the accommodation was compliant, very clean and all the equipment available. clear instructions and I particularly appreciate self check-in. very good wifi on the way. i recommend it without any worries 👍

a very nice house to gather. lots of amenities, games for children, in short we had a great weekend. the hosts are very welcoming and available, I highly recommend this accommodation

Excellent stay, house that responded to our wish to be quiet with the family Pros: very attentive host, well heated house, ideal room layout with an early baby, excellent bedding, grocery store with bread deposit a few meters away

Absolutely divine this house as much as nature surrounding it, comfortable, welcoming, fully equipped, beautiful garden in front of a small pond, if you are an early riser, take the opportunity to see deer, foxes, rabbits and libs as well as to hear the last "good night" of the owls (hibous) perched in the huge circle of trees around. I will thank our super welcoming hosts again for their kindness and flexibility. In winter and summer, spending days here, surrounded by nature, is rather healer too ("Lonely Hearts Club Band" - listen up!).

Virginia's house is perfect for a family stay. The equipment is complete , the house warm , and well designed for 12, including children. We enjoyed the living rooms including the living room and its billiards table , the opportunity to enjoy the fireplace , and Virginia was even kind enough to leave the Christmas tree. There's plenty of walking around. Stay to be redone. Thanks to Virginia for the welcome.

We had a perfect weekend with baby . We were very comfortable, even in the middle of winter. Very exotic environment, we are probably coming back in spring.

We had a delicious weekend at La Richardière. Nathalie and Marc have made this place a magnificent place, full of character, timeless, full of charm and serenity. They are considerate and welcoming hosts. We have a wonderful memory of it. Thank you so much!

Great stay, thanks to Caroline and Emilie for their warm welcome, availability and flexibility, before and after booking. We enjoyed our stay, the tranquility of the place, the view as in the photos, all the amenities for children and families, the fireplace, the decor, special mention for the bedding, the cushions, the nickel bed linen and everything that was available in the kitchen when we arrived which allowed us to wait until the next day to refuel. We would be happy to come back pk not in summer to enjoy the pool!

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s place, the home and grounds are beautiful with plenty to do to relax; swim, sunbathe, table tennis, pool! The teens loved it! Great area too with famous chateaux and many cities nearby. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ and well maintained bedroom and living spaces Mark was a wonderful host, couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely visit again, it’s become a family favourite.

We had a great weekend! Flexible check in and check out. A beautiful property not overlooked, full of characters and with beautiful services. I recommend it!

The place matches the description, no surprises! Many games are available (for children and for large billiards and ping pong types). We were also able to witness the milking of cows which has bcp more for us! The space was VERY clean and large enough for everyone to have their own space, ideal for a family reunion! The environment is VERY quiet in the middle of the countryside, very pleasant for relaxing. We recommend this place! And thank you to the host!

We rented Marianne's house to celebrate New Year's Eve with three families of friends, with 6 children. The house was absolutely perfect for that: a very spacious living room dining room and kitchen where we were all together, with comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Large bedrooms for parents, each with a beautiful bathroom, a large bedroom under the roofs for all children ... All decorated for the holidays, lights lit in and out, on the balconies, crowns of holly, and a large fir tree in the living room. All ultra clean. The house is also very well stocked with dishes and utensils of all types, with even a full kitchen base (which is rare) and 2 dishwasher, convenient at 12;-). In short, a impeccable and totally comfortable house for 12 people, and Marianne's simple, efficient and warm welcome from check-in to checkout. We'll be happy to go back.

Was lovely to stay here for a week. Everything is well arranged, and good reception. Enjoyed our stay at this location. Furthermore, the supermarket and other things are easy to drive to, so plenty to do in the area.

Elise was very welcoming. The property is almost attached to her house. For star lovers, the gite is in an unobstructed location with no light pollution. In the morning, going down on Sillé le Guillaume, there was still snow from the day before, we would have thought in the middle mountain with the snowy landscapes. Very nice area.

We had three lovely days at Belforêt en perche at the end of our holiday. We were greeted on arrival and talked through all of the basics for the property then left to it but we always felt we could get in touch if we needed to. Jean-Paul was a great communicator and we’d have no hesitation in staying here again.
