A quiet sleeping apartment, having space, and at the same time easily go to more hectic places. It has a bus stop almost in size and in half an hour you are in Ciudad Vieja. If you want to walk and see the "sea" (Rio da Prata), it is the perfect place. It has several options of restaurants and markets in the region, if you are willing to walk 15 minutes, you have everything.

Very convenient space to spend 6 months. Easy to access beach, stores, bus, and friendly neighbors. Traffic noise during morning and evening commute hours. Mary and her family quickly responded to any questions or concerns. Yes we would stay here again.

We passed our stay barbarian, the apto is very nice and comfortable, just as you can see in the photos! The area is super nice and quiet. Sofia and Agustín are very friendly and helpful, we were very grateful for everything.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful view of the city. New building, with 24h concierge (very gentle and helpful porters). There is no garage, but there are illuminated public parking lots where we safely leave our car for the entire period of stay. The hostess is very kind and attentive, responds quickly and has resolved all our questions. Note 10/10. I will stay there again when I return to Montevideo.

José and Natalia were very attentive from the first communication, whether to solve any inconvenience or to give us recommendations. The cabin is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to linens and card games. There is no cable on all TVs, but Chromecast is connected in the living room. The best part is that it's half a block from the beach. We'll be back!

I was with the family in Montevideo and the accommodation is excellent, everything was spotless and very organized. The location is excellent, a couple of blocks from Pocitos beach and others from the center of Pocitos. Maria Amalia was worried from when you arrive until when one should leave. I would obviously come back here when I have to come to Montevideo again.

Nice and cozy place! The stay at this Airbnb was great. The space was clean, well decorated and had all the amenities needed to make the trip smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area. I would definitely recommend it!

David and his family are brilliant people! Always in touch, able to help in any way. The house is perfectly located, steps from the beach, the area is quiet, green and natural. If I ever go back to the coast, I would definitely prefer to stay here.

The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere, the beach is right in front, there are supermarkets around, you can walk everywhere, you don't need a car, Ignacio was extremely friendly and helped us at all times, the apartment is a very good size, I tried what I needed and the view is beautiful, it doesn't have a water view but it has a city view, which I liked much more, we will be back

We stayed here last year and loved it so much, we returned again this year! The host is very responsive and helpful. They made some updates in the apartment and it looks great! The location is great located right next to the rambla, coffee shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. I definitely recommend this place!

We had a very nice stay at Francisco's place. The apartment is in an ideal location, with lovely views of the ocean. We really appreciated the terrace in particular. The building is secure, there is a parking space, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It also has great books and interesting decor. Francisco was communicative and helpful. All in all, we had a very good stay and would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is impeccably clean, modern, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. The showers were excellent, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. It’s clearly been thoughtfully put together, both in terms of style and functionality. Daniela was a great host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The concierges in the building were also welcoming and helpful. The apartment is located right on the corner where a side street meets the main avenue that runs along the Rambla, and we enjoyed being so close to the waterfront. It was a very comfortable home base during our time in Montevideo.

Fátima was a great host... it made me very quiet... always attentive!!! The apartment is wonderful was worth the experience... everything working perfectly!!! Location is great... with everything you need to make a good trip around... Montevideo is a wonderful city!!! I liked it a lot!!! and if you are looking to enjoy all this, Pocitos district and the place !!!! and the apartment of Fátima is certainly one of the best options!!!!! Super recommend!!!

Katya is an excellent co-host. Clear in her recommendations, following up on my agreement, making one feel more than good. The apartment is impeccable, just one block from the pier, and with all the necessary amenities for a very good stay. Building and very safe zone. Let's say that if I had to rate it with a score of one to ten I would give it an eleven (I'm not wrong, it really deserves an eleven)

Claudia was an excellent host, she made us feel very comfortable from when she welcomed us until we left. We loved the house, it is very tidy, clean, has everything you need and more, the location is excellent, we feel very safe and it is an excellent place to go for a walk and do activities. We will definitely be back!

What a house! quiet place, near the sea, gas station near, market near. In summary a quiet and beautiful spot, I recommend. The hosts are of a unique education, very helpful and super understandable. loved!

La Refugia: beautiful apartment in a historic building

The apartment is located in one of the oldest and most emblematic areas in Montevideo with architecture directly linked to the historical and architectural heritage of the city. Unfortunately, it is an area with many abandoned buildings, almost in debris and with no inhabitants, which makes its streets not suitable for walking at night. But during the day, no problem, many public and banking employees, several restaurants, some greengrocers and small supermarkets with everything you need. The walls of the entrance stairs up to Inés' apartment are very clean and in clear deterioration, but once you enter the apartment the atmosphere is totally different: you are in a beautiful place, simple but very cozy, with soft and harmonious colors and a window with a very panoramic line towards the port of Montevideo Bay. I really enjoyed Inés' apartment.
