Raffaella, is a wonderful host. She is very nice and will give you advice and help. The house is very clean, nice, with a wonderful panorama from the terrace. it is an ideal base for exploring this part of Italy. I highly recommend it and hope to return there someday.

Marco was a gentleman and a great host. Very accommodating. The location is stunning, beautiful views over the hills. Definitely recommend.

Stefano was such a great host! He left us a few bottles of sparkly and gave us the best recommendations for local places to eat and explore! The house was huge and beautiful and the view was truly amazing. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the weather messing something up with it, but we had a great, peaceful, relaxing stay regardless! Would totally recommend and would totally stay here again.

We had a quiet and pleasant weekend at this villa. Quiet place away from noise. Marco was very kind, he gave us directions to the area and where to eat in. Villa as described, surrounded by nature. Spacious and clean environments. Pleasantly satisfied

We occupied both apartments for a week in August . Our first criteria was to find a place for 15 people for a vacation with a children's and cousins' families. We wanted a comfortable home with an outdoor space for large family tables. And be close to the Sea so that everyone can be autonomous at their own pace . In that, Villa Arzilla was perfect! In addition, we were greeted by very friendly owners who were very attentive to our needs and super responsive! Even if it remains secondary The style of the apartments we really liked with its vintage flea market spirit! The small beach accessible nearby is not paradise there are of course prettier beaches nearby but to us it has much more because it was our almost private beach very uncrowded and also because we were able to bring all the beach equipment beds and umbrella made available by the owners . To be more comfortable, I advise you to meet Mario the "boss" of the beach and make yourself an ally . Despite his acariate appearance, he is very friendly and he will tell you his story as a great stylist and swimmer! Happy holidays at Villa Arzilla to discover the beautiful Abruzzo region!

Lovely spot - quiet, air conditioning worked really well, nice balconies on three sides, very clean, really well stocked, and generous hosts.

Best experience I've ever had on airbnb. Amazing hosts. Beautiful place, really a piece of paradise. There was total privacy even though the takers live on the floor above, they were not felt and showed up just when it was needed. The produce they gave us like olive oil and tomatoes was of excellent quality and killed in the house from the first moment. We will be back to visit them at the first opportunity!

Great place to stay, walkable to downtown and around. Very close to the train station and buses. Very clean and tidy apartment. In short, a lovely stay and kind and friendly treatment by the owners to whom I am very grateful. I highly recommend this apartment.

We loved our time at Paolo's. He was super nice and very helpful with everything. He took us to Pescara the day after we arrived and helped me get a sim card for my phone and to the airport to rent a car. He told us good places to eat in Pescara and helped us with eveything that we asked, he checked in with us to see if we needed anything and he even brought us some fresh cheese. He brought his little chihuahua with him to visit us which was very nice since my wife told him how much she misses her dogs while we have been traveling. We loved the house, it had everything we needed and also had nice sitting and relaxing areas outside and even a stone bbq around back that we used. There was also a washer and two portable racks to hang clothes to dry after washing and a couple of folding lounge chairs to chill in whenever you wanted! The surrounding area is beautiful, with mountains and big rolling fields close by. Hope to see you again soon! Thanks Paolo! 100% recommend!!

I definitely give 5 stars for the kindness and hospitality reserved by Stefano and his parents. They delighted us every day with homemade sweets and fresh fruit. The apartment is central and just a few kilometers from Ortona and the beach. The house is a classic small vacation home with basic equipment. It was more than good for us in August.

Simonetta’s place was beyond wonderful! She is the sweetest host I’ve ever stayed with and so helpful! Simonetta met me upon arrival and gave me a tour of her wonderful home. She had a map of the city laid out as well as recommendations for things to do , places to eat , and the shopping area. Pescara has been my favorite stop in Italy so far. Very cute quaint and peaceful. Calm compared to the crowded streets of Rome but still more than enough things to do and see to keep you occupied. A 2 minute walk to the beautiful beaches and about 5 from the downtown area. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful get away :)

Guiseppe's place is filled with character. it is a great location, just around the corner from the beach. Easy to reach the train station and anything else else you might want.

Our second stay at Alfredo's place. Equiped with all you need for a week long trip. Close to the beach, city centre, shopping mall, train station, bus stop.. Thank you Alfredo for being a great host.

Anna’s place is lovely and spacious. It’s in beautiful country and one would be fortunate to stay there.

The place is really nice, equipped with every element to spend a serene vacation. Fully equipped : dishwasher,washing machine, pots,plates, stove, oven, clothesline,clothesline,tongs,shower with hot water, LCD TV, LCD TV, elevator, all punctually working. There is a nice balcony, large enough to have allowed us to have lunch several times outdoors enjoying the view of the sea, in fact we were a few meters from the underpass that leads to the pine forest and Lido. Also, if close to the railway I must say that the train felt very little, even at night it is not felt, perhaps due to the fact that the station is nearby and the trains do not go hard. Very organized because of the private indoor parking, which is very convenient in downtown areas. The private pool has always been extra clean with a lifeguard. Simona is a more than considerate and punctual owner. When we needed information, he always responded to us immediately, also giving us tips on the nearby beaches for the umbrella or where to eat well, etc. What to say, a nice vacation, definitely to be repeated. Thank you Simona!!

everything went well, including the proximity to the beach and its amenities... the pine forest between the house and the sea that we took advantage of every day because of the heat above all during lunch... also those on the greenbay. The only note out of tune is the noise of the train that disturbs during the nest in the pine forest... common or railways should make noise barriers at least in some busiest stretches

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Beautiful stay, and well maintained. The pool is nice and spacious. Can be shared with 1 other stay of 4 people on the same property. The apartment is on the first floor, and is very spacious. The host and hostess are very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. Gianni and his daughter are two warm, sweet people who provided a nice welcome. We felt right at home in their beautiful home. The region is very beautiful and you know that if there is a problem you can go to the host. At the same time, they gave us all the privacy. There is a beautiful swimming pool that is very well maintained. We would like to come back and can only recommend this house and these hosts.

I can not praise Milena enough, wonderful host! So welcoming, friendly and charming. Our stay was very comfortable, probably the most comfortable we have had so far in all our travels. The accommodation is spacious, had everything we could possibly need, spotlessly clean, nicely air conditioned. Villa is shared between 3-4 families, but somehow it works out to be quiet and private and very pleasant, great for an occasional chat and exchange of local tips with neighbours. Same with a swimming pool, due to different schedules we had it mostly to ourselves, but even when shared with others- still comfortable. The premises are looked after by Enoch, who is absolutely lovely. He looked after us as well, made friends with our 6 year old son. Location is great! Picturesque! Convenient for visiting beaches, mountains, grocery stores, vineyards, local restaurants and great pizza. Quite close to an airport. A car is a must though. Hoping to come back next year, thank you Milena and Enoch!
