An amazing house facing the sea. The beach downstairs! No danger, easy with children. A beautiful terrace and beautiful garden. This is a really nice environment. Be careful for those who want to sleep... a little noisy (bar and music until late at night but that's the price to pay to have such a beautiful house ) provide quiescent balls, which we had anticipated! Same in the morning there is the noise of those who clean the beach. Other than that, great welcome from Fabrizio and very nice seaside resort with good restaurants. A unique place! I recommend it and hope to return one day!

Great stay at this place. We were a group of 6 friends (incl couples) in the regions for a days to attend a wedding. Good location to explore the Marche region. Quiet and peaceful location. Corresponds exactly to the pictures and description, clean. Good price and layout for large groups. Breathtaking view from the outdoor area. Reactive and welcoming host

A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

Our stay was very satisfying. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we weren't able to make the most of the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Claudia's apartment was great. Everything was as described. A large balcony. Clean and well-equipped. Coffee and tea available when you arrive. Very good welcome from Claudia who is very friendly and always responds to messages very quickly. Apartment is located 2 steps from the beach. Large sand beach. Parking space. City bike available for strolling through Cervia, and it's lovely. You can get everywhere by bike, even shopping. Supermarket at 5 minutes. On Cervia for Ironman, the apartment is 1.5 km from the departure. Which is great because it is nearby but quiet and far from the hustle and bustle. Recommended Claudia's place.

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

The apartment has everything you need, with a beautiful view and excellent heating that works perfectly. It was easy to find, and having a parking space is a great plus if you're traveling by car. We found it to be very good value for the price. The hosts were attentive and quick to respond to our questions and concerns. For future guests, adding a microwave could be helpful, and the bathroom could benefit from some remodeling. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, and we enjoyed our time here.

georgia's apartment was perfect! everything is clean and tidy! Everywhere in the apartment are nice details in the interior, which makes the whole thing cozy! Location is an ideal base to the beach, several wineries and villages. Georgia is a very good host who makes you feel right at home, and helps you right away when you need something! We would book here again next time without hesitation!

we had a great time, Alex and his wife are kind and helpful people at any time. I appreciated the fact that they welcomed our three dogs ,and it is not easy for a host to welcome more than one especially large size. Despite the apartment being close to the street and the station it was not annoying. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes although we used the car for comfort with the dogs

We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.
