Hello, Ivan's listing is 100% of his description. There is air conditioning, swimming pool, washing machine, everything is comfortable. It is very well arranged. There are many things to see in Talavera and I would gladly return to the apartment offered by Ivan. there is also a large terrace that deserves a table and 4 chairs to be able to enjoy the view of the mountains😉.

We stayed 2 nights at Monica's place from December 6-8. The apartment is beautiful and clean and tidy, and exactly matches the photos. It's very comfortable, we were right at home. Recommended house, especially for large groups. Well equipped with 6 rooms and 9 beds, two kitchens and a spacious patio with barbecue, oven and spa. Good communication with Álvaro, he gave us local recommendations that we took advantage of.

We stayed 3 days at this house and it was all right. The house was spotless, and more than met all expectations. Also, Victoria was very friendly and was always on the lookout for our questions. We would definitely repeat.

If you go in summer, the pool with cold and clean water is a luxury. The house is nice and comfortable. It was very clean, air conditioned in all bedrooms. Small defects (as in a country house: insects, neighboring cats, ...) but good in general. Miguel, the host, very attentive and friendly.

The stay was great! We had a couple of unforeseen events (torrential rains and a neighbor with karaoke) and the landlords lent themselves at all times to help us, and very respectfully. At the beginning, when we saw that the 3 estates were in the same area we were surprised, but the intimacy is total, and there are no common areas, more than the parking lot. Also the house was very clean. And fully equipped. There are details such as board games, wine glasses, central music on the terrace, large barbecue, or outdoor games. The area is very quiet, but 7 min away from the village, in case there is any urgency. And the cheeseries, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
