Excellent place near Fundidora

Don't be fooled by how the building looks on the outside, the apartment is remodeled, really well, with everything you need and very clean. It is a quiet and central area to get to various points in the city. The only thing you shouldn't forget is that the apartment is on the 4th floor, and the steps are narrow and it's a little dark at night, but if you don't have a problem going up and down, you'll think it's great!! Besides, Samuel is an excellent host.

Apart from the issue of turning on the heater, everything was fine, including the building security, who were extremely friendly.

Everything was excellent, the house is very comfortable and nice. Communication was always prompt and friendly. The only thing is that maybe I didn't understand correctly when booking, but the fourth room is a room inside the laundry room. Outside everything was perfect.

We came to an event in Fundidora and decided to get away with Tere because of the proximity to the park. It turned out to be a very comfortable apartment with two very clean bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything you need, as well as a laundry area with a clothes dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice place, easy to access and above all with a very good location. The reason for my trip was Pa'l Norte and the location was excellent because it took us about 20 minutes to get there, which was very good and in the area we were always assigned a driver very quickly. Mario was super attentive and kind the whole time, it will undoubtedly be one of our first options to return to the festival.

In general everything is very good , and the images if they match what was posted , the accesses to the private and the house are very easy to make.

The host is super friendly, very communicative and always attentive to needs. Not to mention the area, lots of trees, parks, super friendly people. The house is small but very cozy. I would have liked to have stayed longer.
