Cozy home that is perfect for 2 people. The proximity to Big Sur, Carmel, and Monterey are unmatched and is perfectly secluded from the highway while offering easy access. Great stay, would recommend!

The place was clean, great for a quick stay. Only hiccups were when I failed to read the instructions 😅. Host helped out when I did get lost. Lovely area

Cute guesthouse, total privacy, great location in Santa Cruz. Sarah sent clear instructions and we had no problem finding extra towels, coffee, etc. There’s even a little s’mores kit included to utilize the fire pit—which we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. Street parking was easy to find and we could walk to the pier or SC downtown. Very much recommend and would stay again.

We had an amazing time! Phillip was the best host, and reached out ahead of time to help make our arrival smooth and uncomplicated. The little cottage was so perfect for our weekend and was the best location to explore Big Sur, Carmel, and Monterey areas. We would totally come back again!

We spent almost 3 weeks in this cozy and charming apartment. The location is perfect for experiencing all that Santa Cruz has to offer and we walked to the beach, wharf, and Boardwalk daily. Many coffee shops and restaurants are blocks away. Mike was extremely responsive and friendly, but not intrusive at all. We hope to stay here again.

Tom’s cabin was private, charming, and peaceful. The location can’t be beaten! Thank you for hosting us, Tom. We loved all of the plants!

Carla’s cottage exceeded our expectations. The space was impeccably clean, with a well-organized and fully equipped kitchen. Both the interior and exterior showcased artistic design, creating a cozy atmosphere inside, highlighted by a Jotul gas stove. Although we didn’t utilize them, the cottage provided ample beach gear, including portable chairs and towels. The neighborhood was convenient, and Carla was exceptionally responsive to our inquiries. We highly recommend this charming retreat.

Chi-Ping's place was exactly as described and just like the photos. The place feels newly renovated and everything was squeaky clean, which I really appreciated. Chi-Ping was very proactive in her communication and reached out more than a week in advance to provide the check-in instructions. The snack basket was a nice touch, which my kids appreciated after a long drive. I highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit the Carmel/Monterey area.

Second time of stay. Would love to come back in the future!

The cozy cabin was such a lovely getaway. Surrounded by nature and beauty of the redwoods, minutes from Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, and a short drive into the beach town of Santa Cruz... the cabin is perfectly situated. There are coffee shops, markets, eateries, and gas stations conveniently nearby. Tera, Casey, and family are absolutely wonderful hosts... super responsive, friendly, and helpful! Hope to visit again, thank you! 🙏🏼

Beautiful secluded area up in the hills. Very peaceful and quiet. Laurel is a very nice host! Lots of dishes to cook a meal, comfy bed. Lots of blankets and pillows. Lots of books and games for the kids. Lots of windows to enjoy the nature. But it was very cold and drafty. It’s an old structure and probably not very well insulated. Floor was very cold even in wool socks. Each room has a wall heater but it had to be set higher than we usually have to feel comfortable. There are lots of blankets. Small bathroom with a super tight shower, also was very cold.

It’s like a Cape Cod bungalow. Cozy and comfortable. Located in a great neighborhood, walkable to downtown Morgan Hill, this newly renovated cottage is well appointed and immaculately maintained. Our host, Betsey, is very kind and accommodating. She is accessible when needed, but is not intrusive to her guests. I cannot recommend this cottage highly enough but hesitate to do so in hopes of keeping it all to ourselves. You will not be disappointed with both the cottage and its amazing host, Betsey

You couldn't ask for a better location to visit Santa Cruz -- close to the wharf and the boardwalk, a short walk from restaurants and shopping, pretty downtown neighborhoods and a peaceful, well-gardened property. It goes without saying that the price was unbeatable. The hostel was quiet and well laid out, both inside and out. I wish we'd had more time there!

Elegant, tidy, and well supplied 1 bedroom apartment. Full of light. Easy walk to the state beach and to the West Cliff walking/running path. A great retreat!

Quick visit but Makayla and Bofelo's place was perfect! Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful surroundings. Everything was clean and set up perfectly. I sat on the porch at night with a cup of tea and looked at the stars. Watched a movie through my Netflix account and made my own meals in the fully stocked kitchen. I just texted them through the Air bnb app if I had any questions and they always answered in a timely manner. Never actually met them but as I said, it was a quick visit for me.I did wave and mouth good morning to Bofelo on my way out the first morning and said goodbye to the horses out my window on the way out my last day. The Bed was extremely comfortable and I slept very well there. Would recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful place to lay their head and relax. I thought their pricing was really good too compared to other properties I checked out.

LOVED staying at Le Petite Retreat! Louise was very responsive and a gracious host. Perfect place to stay over the holidays and close to all the area attractions. The washer and dryer were handy to have and the view was spectacular. I plan to book again in the near future when I come to visit family. Thank you Louise!

Kyle and Rachel’s Airbnb was very well curated and even more beautiful than the photos depicted. The location was central to many attractions in the area and the property easily accessible throughout our entire stay. Kyle and Rachel were so welcoming, we would certainly stay again!

A fabulous little cottage in an amazing location. Our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers) felt very comfortable at the cottage and enjoyed the location. The place was spotless and well appointed. Super friendly and responsive hosts.

Absolutely beautiful location - pictures don’t even do it justice. The apartment is lovely - the fireplace & view of the ocean and stars at night is sublime. Jonathan was a wonderful & helpful host. Can’t wait to return tbh!

We stayed at Zohars place at a great time of year. If you enjoy California red woods galore, this is the place! Great hiking and mountain activities close by. Bed was clean and a bit firm, comfortable. Many cozy blankets and washer and dryer available. We had a great stay, thank you Zohar for being an awesome host. Enjoyed the infrared Sauna, easy to use, helped with soar muscles from hiking! We will be back!

This was a very clean, nicely decorated homey and comfortable place to stay. There were snacks, sodas and coffee and a well appointed kitchen. This is a place I would stay again. It was definitely worth the price. A very pleasant and comfortable environment.
