Vacation rentals with a patio in Montelupo Fiorentino

This is a great place to stay, especially if your intention is to stay a while, as it is very convenient for the train station. Pisa is a brilliant base for Florence, Lucca and other less well known places. The flat is very well equipped and comfortable. It is near a CarreFour and excellent bakery. Definitely recommend it.

David was an amazing host. He was helpful in finalizing my booking and made sure I was ready for my stay. The house was beautifully decorated and some. He was proactive in making sure we were ok and we will certainly visit Florence again and stay in David’s home. I traveled by train to Florence and the home was just 5 minutes away walking. Very convenient and the rest of the landmarks or activities are very walkable. My partner and I loved the place!

So highly recommend this apartment, location, and Romy. The place is beautifully organized and instantly comfortable. The location is quiet and removed from the heaviest trafficked areas but you can be at some of the top spots within minutes of walking. Romy communicated a lot, gave great recommendations and was easy to chat with. Highly recommend. Made our stay in Florence so easy.

We had a fabulous time at Emmy and Jan’s place. The apartment is modern, clean and spacious. The well equipped kitchen made it possible to cook meals easily. The air condition units worked beautifully and was much needed. The location is central with restaurants, shops and the beach within 10 -12 minutes walking distance. Emmy was very responsive and help resolved a couple of minor issues quickly. She also kindly let us have a later check out time which helped us tremendously. We would happily stay in the apartment again if we come back to Tirrenia. Thank you once again for hosting us!

Carlo was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and we always felt very safe. We would highly recommend this accommodation if traveling to Florence.

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

My husband, daughter & I found Andrea’s place when we searched for a place to stay in Tuscany. When we arrived, we found Casa Conte Martini easily & were greeted promptly by Andrea & Simone. The place is gorgeous! A perfect view of Tuscan landscape, very private and nestled in the charming village of Palaia. We were fortunate to be there when a cooking experience with Lucia was offered on Andrea’s beautiful property nearby. It was a perfect day with an incredible meal, topped off by a brief drive/tour by Simone on our way back. We can’t say enough about how kind, hospitable, and warm Andrea & her family are - we felt like we were part of it for the weekend! The home had so many special touches - bottled water in the fridge & even a bottle of Prosscco! We enjoyed the jacuzzi & dipped our toes in the pool, but the weather was a touch too chilly for swimming. The outdoor area would be perfect for warmer weather! We took Andrea’s recommendations for restaurants & loved them all!

The apartment was located just a few minutes walk from the walls. It was a quiet area, which suited us well (having a baby with us). Parking space for the car was great. Good communication with the host, Angela. Only thing to mention is that there was a bit of noise in the kitchen/livingroom until about 21:00 from the yogastudio/nearby gym. Didn’t disturb us, and not anything you heard in the bedroom. Would definitely recommend this place!

In the middle of a quiet residential area is the small modern building complex, in which the apartment, including a closed garage, is located by Daniela. The spacious rooms are stylishly and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. The kitchen is very well equipped. The wonderfully large terrace invites you to have breakfast, an aperitif or simply to chill out. The tram station to get downtown is a 5-minute walk away. In front of the front door is an organic shop and around the corner is a super delicious Pasticceria. Communication with Daniela was quick, easy, straightforward and super nice. We highly recommend Daniela's apartment.

I spent a week here and it’s perfect. The flat is lovely, squeaky clean and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. I loved the restaurant opposite the building entrance! I’ll be back!

A gem of an apartment, perfect for a long weekend. The apartment is compact but immaculately clean, bright and with a lovely terrace. It couldn’t be more centrally located and yet very quiet - a little oasis of calm. Alessandra was very easy to deal with and warm in her welcome. A definite recommendation.

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

The location was amazing and so close to so many things. It was perfect for our family as each of them could have their own room and bathroom. The common space was perfect and outdoor seating area. We had a great time and he was such a responsive host

L,apartment is very central. 10 min. Central station and 15 min. Tower of Pisa. It is very quiet but at the same time it is 5 min from the lively areas of Pisa. L,apartment is within a private area and this gives you more peace of mind and inside it is clean, new and super comfortable. We went with two young children and were great.
