Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Monte San Pietro

Given that we booked and the next day we were at the property practically Piergiuseppe is a friendly and very friendly person, kind and caring. Ready to answer questions of various kinds about the surroundings, the place is gorgeous. Unfortunately, it is a season of insects looking for heat and something can escape any espresso machine. On the other hand, a moka is not present in the fireplace because they had to remove it. We had a very good time if we have the opportunity, maybe we will come back in a more appropriate season. We also wanted to thank Piergiuseppe for all the exquisite carineries, which he brought us every morning. Great location for those who have pets without any discrimination thanks Piergiuseppe. We hope to see you again soon.

Beautiful, live accommodation is a thousand times more than the photos. Impeccable in everything from the details of the furniture to the comforts of the house. Spa with jacuzzi, sauna and fireplace. Nothing was missing in the kitchen, from wine glasses to food condiments. The host Andrea, always ready to answer all our questions, extremely kind, made us find the house warm and cozy, with wood and fire for the fireplace. Two steps from the center of Sestola but still in a quiet place, in 15 minutes by car you can easily reach the ski resorts. Absolutely a vacation to do again!

Wonderful time in Calamecca! Authentic experience in a small village with the friendliest locals. Fabrizio's house was perfect, it was clean, stylish, and cozy, it felt like entering a fairy-tale.

Lara is a kind and helpful host. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surroundings and the space around the house are amazing. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets over dinner right by the pool will remain unforgettable. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but in a great location. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

It was a great house on top of the hill and our host was extremely helpful with everything. Communications were perfect and she even helped us with our luggage and car parking. Excellent place for holidays

We stayed one night, the very cozy house in Tuscan style '80s is in the heart of the small village of Lanciole, we wanted peace and we found it. A lovely place, we immediately felt at home, the courtesy and kindness of Mrs. Silvia and her very unique daughter. We will definitely be back

This apartment was so much better than we expected. The host went above and beyond doing some research into a venue for dinner on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is very large and easily fit the 3 couples we were travelling with. Without a doubt would stay here again

Great spacious stay very close to Bologna

Francesco was a very friendly and helpful host. Apartment is spacious and comfortable with lots of tables, chairs and sofas. Walking distance to everything. Perfect place to stay for families and large groups.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a lovely villa tucked away in the hills. Each night we were so happy to return back to it after a day of site-seeing. Emanuela is one of the loveliest people we met while visiting Italy. So incredibly gracious and welcoming to us. She truly takes pride in making her guests feel at home in her amazing estate. We all felt right at home there and we would highly recommend it to others traveling to that area. We hope to one day return and stay with her again.

We spent a week in this little house in the woods but also close to other homes. It's really a gem surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful garden where you can eat and relax. The location is great, very close to every useful service. Benedetta was always helpful and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

Rosa Bianca's place is excellent, spacious, clean, equipped with taste with old style furniture. Location is great, just on Santo Stefano street, although the flat looks down on a lovely, quiet internal patio. Rosa Bianca is an excellent host, responsive without interfering with your stay. Although on the higher end of the market, we found the place well worth the extra money.

Where to begin? We loved our holiday at Roberto’s home in Pistoia from the gorgeous converted chapel to the charming town to the ease of taking trains to Florence or Venice or Rome. Roberto is the kindest host and his recommendation for a tour guide, Michela, was an unexpected enhancement to our adventures. We hope to return soon!

We took our family to Barga for the first time. There were 9 of us, ranging from 6 months to 70 years old. The villa swallowed us easily, plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Eleonora and Daniela were very responsive during the booking period, and when we arrived everything was exactly as expected. It's a beautiful place, the views and setting are magnificent, and it really is no more than 10 minutes walk in to the old town of Barga. The welcome pack included local cheese, a traditional cake, wine, oil, bread and was much appreciated! Despite some appalling weather, we made lovely pizzas in the outdoor pizza oven, and enjoyed some (coolish) swimming in the large clean pool - this was early October. Excellent range of restaurants in old and new Barga. 45 mins to Lucca, 1 hour from Pisa - and the caves at Grotta del Vento are definitely worth a visit - especially if it's raining! Overall, we had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

We had the most amazing stay. Such a beautiful home in the beautiful setting and views are stunning. Hosts went over and above to help us with local recommendations. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The house was large and lovingly cozily furnished with great huge garden. For us, it was a good base for exploring Italy in this area. Gianna and John were very attentive and super warm-hearted hosts who also surprised us with a bottle of wine. We were very pleased and would highly recommend this place.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Words cannot describe quite how wonderful this place is. We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful, the location was more peaceful than you could ever imagine. John and Cath were incredible hosts who were extremely responsive and kind. They provided a fab document giving so much useful info on the property and the local area, they took away all the stress of having to find those good restaurants and the best places to visit. We were a family of 4, the property was glorious, we will be back!
