The views and serenity found at this place are unmatched. The owners are extrememly kind and responsive. The town is very calm. There is a nice grocery store by bus in the neighboring city Vergato. If you need a bus, look up the daily schedule via Google Maps. Any questions and the owners will help you.

Elena was very kind and helpful. The villa is very nice, in nature and quiet. The rooms are plenty of space and very comfortable in two bathrooms for a group of friends. She also left us several proposals for breakfast, we had a great time.

Beautiful countryhouse 20 minutes from Bologna by car. Andreas is a great and very helpful host. Everything was perfect!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Great apartment, with easy access to trains and buses into Bologna. Lots of amenities around to stay in the neighbourhood as well, with restaurants, pasticceria and grocery store.

Perfect apartment clean and complete with all comforts, a short walk from downtown and well served.

We, 2 adults & 3 kids & dog, had plenty of space at Giorgio's, communication was straightforward, helpful and quick to get answers. The whole apartment was very clean and well appointed. The parking was right outside the door, in a private area, the direct walk to the center was a little further, through a construction site there were detours. Absolutely recommended for Giorgio and Bologna. Thanks for the wonderful time.

I only stayed for the night, covered parking under the building, bus stop on the street in front. Large and clean apartment, the host also left fruits, drinks and breakfast food.

Giorgio is an experienced host, he was the one who welcomed us and gave us a lot of useful information for the house and to get around by our means. It is an old but cozy house, well heated and with a full kitchen. For those coming by car, it's great to have private indoor parking.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Piero's B&B for two nights and our experience was exceptional. Piero is a kind and caring host, extremely helpful with his guests. Our room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, but particularly appreciated was the breakfast with a relaxing musical background, with fresh yogurt, milk, jam and bread, all seasoned with the beautiful company of his daughter Flaminia and the little Rama who showed us on the map the various attractions in the area and the details of the apartment so that our stay was impeccable. Experience more than recommended.

Paola and Roberto's delightful attic was a perfect base for a weekend in Modena. Not far from the station and with the center within walking distance in a few minutes, it is the ideal, spacious and comfortable solution even for long stays. Hosts were very nice and very clear from the first stage of booking and available to delay check-in. A touch of class was finding, in addition to the classic breakfast available, also fresh fruit. Excellent selection of herbal teas. Recommended.

This place is a hidden GEM in Italy. The breakfast every morning was fabulous, it even got my son who is four eating eggs again bc he saw the chickens on property! The hosts were so lovely and we wouldn’t recommend it more. It will forever be a special memory and we would love to visit again one day

Teresa is the kindest host we have come across in our many Airbnb stays. She went out of her way to accomodate any need we had and even baked us an amazing cherry tart for breakfast. She made sure we had everything we needed to feel at home and her location was great for our needs. It is a charming peaceful town and was perfect for our group of 13. I hope we can go back.

This was our second time at Il Ceraseto, and it is our favorite place in Italy. Stefano and Marilena are wonderful and their property is beautiful. We loved the delicious breakfast and coffee each morning on the patio, with the view overlooking the valley. We enjoyed our conversations with Stefano and learning about the history of the area. He was very helpful with suggestions for things to do and great restaurants for us to experience the food and wine of the area. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
