Great location! Wasn't exactly sure when I was arriving and with train delays they still helped me get in. Only spent one last night in Rome so perfect for a quick stay!

We had a wonderful time, and it was a great location. Public transportation was very close by. Host was most helpful at every turn! Loved our stay!

Loved staying here, we were visiting friends who live in Trastevere so super close to them. But also to down town about a 15 min walk. Great cafes near for your morning coffee and croissants. Unique how they turned an apartment into a hotel. We never heard any of the other guests, just ran into them in the hallway one day. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the touristy central Rome, Trastevere is one of the cooler neighborhoods!

Nice and peaceful place to stay

If you’re looking for basic lodging very near Roma Termini, this is it. Great communication with the host and a very easy process all around. We didn’t cook in the shared kitchen, but if you needed to cook, there are the basic amenities. A change of towels daily, if requested. For the convenience factor, we would definitely stay here again.

Diomira's room is in an excellent location, close to tram stops and colectivos. There is a lot of movement of people in the area, it is ideal for going out for a walk at night. Diomira and her husband's attention was very good, every morning we had the breakfast prepared, super complete and rich. We'll definitely be staying here again. We'll miss you chair 🐈😍

The stay at this resort was spontaneously booked by us and was surprisingly the highlight of our Italy vacation. The resort was so luxurious, quiet and relaxed that we didn't want to leave. The staff was very friendly and caring without exception. The room was just as fantastic as the good food and the sparkling clean pool. We can fully recommend this resort! Five stars absolutely deserved!

AIR CONDITIONED!! If you don’t know, Rome in July is HOT. The air conditioning paid for itself with this one. Other than that, it’s centrally located, beautifully decorated and Marco and Cristina were very accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Everything was perfect! Tiziana is a great hostess, friendly, kind, helpful! Perfect room as described, clean and tidy! I felt right at home! Highly recommended

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.

Good place to stay in Rome- only 5 mins from the train station and walkable to many sights such as the Coliseum and the Roman Forum. Staff were friendly and even though we arrived a few hours before the official check-in time our room was ready so we were able to drop off our bags and explore the city. The room was clean and matched the pics and description. Only downside is the walls are thin and the doors close rather loudly so we could hear everything going on at night. Also wish they served fruit at breakfast as a healthy option. Otherwise this place is a good budget friendly option in Rome!
