Vacation rentals in Monte Cresia

Wow, what a stay! Beautiful sunsets, relaxing setting, short walk to the beach. And the host was absolutely amazing! She was there to welcome us and was super responsive throughout our stay. A 10/10 experience! We highly recommend and will be back ourselves 🙂

We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. However, these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

It was magical. We are so grateful for the well loved, well equipped space. Miguel was very responsive and helpful with hikes and beaches and groceries. It was lovely!

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!

Were guests in the low season. Therefore, the beautiful, nearby beach was almost deserted. Surroundings invite you to extensive hikes. The accommodation is highly recommended for families.

Absolutely fantastic holiday, very nice and comfortable accommodation with all equipment. Very hospitable owner Patrizia. She was always careful, willing to help. Patrizia prepared a lot of fruit for us as a welcome package. A few meters to the beach, calm clear sea with gradual entry ideal for children. I can highly recommend.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We spent 10 days in Pilar's beautiful apartment as a family of four and we didn't lack anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had a lot of peace and privacy (except for morning, friendly birds chirping). The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves rushing at sunset. The beds were very cozy, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the surrounding area there are very beautiful beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia), in about a 20-minute walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is recommended to do larger purchases, e.g. in Pula. Pilar was always available as a host and super friendly. We highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for a very nice holiday!

Great place, very well maintained outdoor area. You can spend a lot of time around the house. There is a table and a sofa, both with lots of shade. Furthermore, there is an artificial grass on the loungers and another sofa and a hammock. We also loved the screens, even at the sliding door to the terrace. The property is very private and not or hardly visible to neighbors. The beach, which can be reached by car in 5 minutes, is very large and not overcrowded. The beach slopes flat and great for children. The place is very remote and there are only 2 supermarkets where we found everything. There is one within walking distance and more by car. The hosts are super nice and always available for questions. There was fruit and pastries to welcome you. We fully recommend the accommodation for a very quiet beach stay.

Fantastic place! We were 3 mature couples who enjoy a beautiful scenery, comfort and hospitality and Simone's home had all of that and more. He set the bar very high as a superb host, even inviting us to a pizza party where he provided a personal demonstration. Simone was very responsive to questions of recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and wines. A car is a must as it is in a quiet residential area although there is a lovely restaurant and bar within walking distance. The pool area and balcony were great places to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Thank you Simone for your very kind and generous hospitality.

This truly was a great escape, so peaceful and relaxing. You do need a car to get around but we this allowed us to explore. Great hosts, always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
